Great place to visit if you looking to have a little fun, great vibes. Poolside party. Delicious food choices. Great wine and champagne menu. Interesting cocktails. Good and friendly service. Probably the best place to visit if you looking for a day time / pool party.

The views and location of Nikki Beach are absolutely incredible and would rank 5/5! Service at reception, the “fine dining” restaurant, the spa and housekeeping were all very, very good. However, the pool/beach services could use some help. I have a long, detailed story addressing the issues we encountered, but it is probably not worth dragging it all out. Instead, just a bit of advice - if you want the “free” lounge chairs at the waterfront, go VERY early and claim a spot - make sure to tell someone your name, room number and reiterate that you staying at the hotel. We paid $1,200 per night so the idea of a “free” lounge chair was laughable, but they are very clear that you are owed nothing, the “free” chairs are in no way guaranteed, and you should feel very lucky they are giving it to you for “free”. Message received! One more note - be ready for very loud music from 12-8PM every day. A DJ works the “beach club” for 8 hours straight and there is absolutely nowhere to get away from the music, even in your room. We got used to it, but if you are hoping for a quiet, relaxing vibe you might try another place.

Hotel reception: very bad hotel, we arrived at the hour 10 evening. Although, the hotel 5 stars but there's no sufficient staffing. We had to carry our bags to the room. Very bad reception ..And they were unfriendly, unkind and unprofessional. (note of the electric plugs is working properly in the rooms so we couldn’t even charge our phones).. Hotel staff: hotel staff are unfriendly and extensive difficult to deal with, unprofessional, unwelcoming. They do not leave visitors with finish the food, they remove food plates Un respectfully.. The staff are always not smiling for some reason arguing with each other in front of the guess, which makes the situation uncomfortable in the place. Breakfast: there are very few options and there is no variety in the food. The waiters do not prepare orders, for example, we ordered an omelet, and ignored the order many times .. Security on the visitor's belongings: we lost items and they were informed of the missing ones, but we did not find a reaction... .. Cash transactions: You need to make sure to have cash because it is difficult use credit cards or Visa. The country is just so passive... Restaurant: the cost of food extremely expensive and the hotel doesn’t even provide water… they ask us to pay .. Concierge/ Guest service: the hotel does not have customer service for guests to guide them directions for the city. we were sent to a tourist restaurant, but it was very far away and the road impossible. There is no menu, the prices are very, very expensive and the food is not that great .. Getting setting by the beach: there is a priority for hotel visitors outside the hotel to sit in front of the beach ( beach club) for financial reasons. They give them in excellent places and they do not provide guests with good places. In general, we do not recommend staying at the hotel

One of the most beautiful places I've ever been , The weather are perfect and the view is fabulous and breathtaking , Ohh what i can say about the staff are incredible I can’t even give them enough credit to make my stay here amazing , I can’t wait to be back again.

Beach Club First time we are here and we didnt expect that we gonna have such a great service in Monte***** thanks to Srdja,Sinisa and Marko.Really amazing choice for coming here and looking forward to come again here very soon.Me and my friends highly recommend this place :))

I can easily say that this is the top class beach all around the world. Services is amazing for this prices. Staffs are very polite. Especially I want to thank Mr. Gurkan Gecim who is general manager of the beach club. Last words are for the DJ. He is also performed perfect.

Over priced resort with no service. First, the room was wonderful with fantastic views of Kotor Bay. That’s all the positive things that I can say about the place. The only attentive staff members were housekeeping and the boys who drove the golf carts to the various building (steep driveways between buildings make walking difficult). The reception was confused and never gave us a resort map…..no idea where spa, restaurants, etc were nor any time schedule for dinner, lunch etc. Food trays in hallway for several days. When we found the restaurant, staff were confused if we could be served dinner….it was 19:30 and couldn’t tell us if dinner was available or where served. After some consultation it was decided we could have dinner in the tropical themed area that we were in. A menu was presented with NYC prices (one expects to pay more at a resort than at local restaurants but not at ridiculous prices). We ordered cocktails….after ten minutes without our drinks being served we glanced over to the bar area….all the waitstaff were gathered around bar having their own good times. My companion went to the bar inquiring where our dinks were….response was a simple “didn’t put your drink order in”. The restaurant was nearly empty of guests……just a bad start to a five day stay at a one/two star resort. Breakfast had a good variety of food…..but the zombie-like staff just floated around the dining area and just maybe they’d come to life and attend to our breakfast needs. , Save your frustration and cash……Kotor, Tivat, and Budva have great resort style hotels with good service, attentive staff, and pleasant atmosphere

One of the most worst experiences. Overpriced hotel for nothing . 1- reception : -Nice staff but not informative. - they were not prepared with reservation information and guest number. -No concierge service. 2- rooms: -No house keeping at night ( we checked in 10:00 pm and no housekeeping to prepare the sofa bed) -Most of the electrical outlets are not working -water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom 3-Room service: -Two days to remove the trays from the corridors which caused ants to gather on the plates. 4- breakfast -non well trained staff 5- beach and pool - only one small pool on the side with no view was allowed for the residents - the service was very slow - residents are not allowed to roam around the hotel freely, as the beach club is in the middle of the way to the beach which was also chargeable for residents . - a wedding party was held in the hotel reserving the whole restaurant and pool area , ignoring the amount of money that was spent by the residents who are not allowed to pass by to get to their rooms or to set in the facilities that was paid for. - VERY RUDE SECURITY STAFF not allowing us to move around freely forcing us to go in other directions with no explanation why! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone as it wS below expectations and i would rather rate it as 1 star hotel in this country unlike other branches I have been to in other countries (for example: Dubai)

Had a great time overall. Room was great, AC was top notch. Cleanliness from staff was above and beyond, folded all our clothes after we unpacked and left things all over. Spa was particularly great , steam, sauna and indoor pool and jacuzzi. Food quality was excellent. It is priced at a premium so expect that when booking. Best of all was welcoming and warm staff. Luka at front desk amazing as concierge/front desk person. Mattia/Matthew was wonderful. Ghurkan the GM and Srdja at beach club were stars. It's a young vibrant staff that really try to please in all ways. Would I come back? Definitely . Just remember to pack a hat and sunscreen and the staff will lead you right all the time.
