Hotel Livemax Shinjuku East

L'emplacement est loin de la gare. La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable. Si vous êtes en couple ou aimez un espace calme, cet hôtel est également un bon choix

Le terrain à côté est en construction et il y a beaucoup de bruit le matin. A part ça, il n'y a pas de problèmes particuliers.

I lost the key card to my room while traveling, the hotel charged me 9000¥ for a card, almost as expensive as the stay itself. I find it utterly ridiculous and tried to talk to staffs, the only reply they gave me was that it was company policy. It’s far from everywhere and despite its inconvenience, the penalty of 9000¥ per card just made staying here unworthy. I highly suggest against choosing this place for your trip. If you happen to stay, treat your key card like gold. This will be the last time for me personally.

The staff from the front desk we not so cooperative. Only one nepali guy from the morning shift helped us a lot. Remaining others were not so polite and weren't even presented in the front desk when we needed them.

Very easy and convenient. Aircon was powerful. Bathroom had a bit of a funny smell.

The hotel is very small and the service is not good. The receptionist is not friendly. Thale room is not so clean with the AC sounds so loud when we activate it. Not recommend

Good for one person. Well located, quiet but close enough to the more crowded places!

The staff at the front desk were always ready to provide recommendations and assist with any queries I had regarding nearby attractions or transportation options. Another positive aspect of Livemax Shinjuku East was the reasonable pricing. It offered good value for the money, especially considering its convenient location in one of Tokyo’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Overall, my experience at Hotel Livemax Shinjuku East was highly enjoyable. It provided a comfortable stay, friendly service, and a prime location for exploring the bustling city of Tokyo. I would certainly recommend it to budget-conscious travelers looking for a cozy and convenient accommodation option in the heart of Shinjuku.
