The hotel is situated near the bustling Gotanda station with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Free coffee & ice cube machine open until late at night. You can hear the train but not that loud inside the room. The room service is good and cleanliness everywhere. Would highly recommend. Thanks

Good Location, just that difficuit to find a place to stop the car for loading and unloading the laggage.

Washing machine and dryer is a game changer in terms of luggage. Located next to Gotanda Yamonate line. Asakusa line as well. 711 is 15 seconds away.

Good location. Right next to Asakusa line, and close to JR station too. Staff are friendly and easy to communicate. Room is clean, space is decent, not big but its already slightly bigger than most hotel room in Tokyo. Pretty easy to get in/ from if you are using Haneda airport. There's some local restaurant around, you just have to walk around and find them. Gotanda is not a typical tourist concentrate/ busy area like Shinjuku, or Shibuya, you cannot expect the same. I like this hotel and I also like the location.

I have lost the key and after that i have found it and give to them same day And the money that they have charged me for losing key is JPY 2000 and they are not reconsider to give it back the money to me . Not helpful never come back again to this hotel

Great centre for visiting Tōkyō. Long stay hotel and the staff and location couldn’t be better. Staff very welcoming, excellent English. Next to the JR station with excellent links.

The hotel is quite good, but don't expect much regarding cleanliness, it's not very dirty, but it's not clean by general standards The room is as expected, small typical of hotels in Japan, if you bring a large suitcase, it will be a challenge to open it because space is very limited the staff can speak English, just not fluently, so don't expect to ask for various things, because of language limitations

No complaints. Except that the room is real tiny but the bed is in queen size which is what we expected so no complain.

Room is small but is so what you can expect from a hotel room in central Tokyo. But in-room facilities is decent: a microwave to reheat your takeaway foods, washing machine, and pressing machine to keep your business attire neat. Access to Gotanda metro station is literally in front of the hotel's door, with good access to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Haneda airport etc. Many 24 hrs convenience stores within 50-100 metres. Restaurants and coffee shops around hotels are also limitless. What I really liked is the free coffee machine at the lobby.

Location: Fantastic. This hotel entrance is located right in front of the Asakusa line metro(Stairs only) The JR station is a few minutes away from the hotel. There are many food options nearby and a 7-11 is right next to the hotel. Service: The counter staff are great and there is light housekeeping (change of towels and clearing of trash) Amenities: There are amenities like brushes and etc at the front desk. There is also a hot water/ coffee dispenser in the lobby. There is a separate ice machine as well.
