Offrir un service efficace et rapide est l'une de nos priorités, et nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que nous avons pu répondre à vos demandes. Concernant vos commentaires sur le nettoyage des chambres, nous tenons à vous préciser que, conformément à notre politique hôtelière, nous ne proposons pas de ménage quotidien pour les courts séjours afin de réduire notre impact environnemental et de respecter la vie privée de nos clients. Cependant, pour les séjours de 7 nuits ou plus, nous offrons un ménage gratuit une fois tous les 7 jours. Si vous souhaitez un ménage supplémentaire, nous le proposons en option au tarif de 4 400 JPY par séance (taxes comprises). Les clients peuvent en faire la demande en informant notre personnel avant 15h la veille. Nous comprenons que sortir les poubelles quotidiennement ait pu être gênant et nous vous remercions de votre compréhension.
