MIMARU Tokyo Kinshicho

This bedroom space is good for families and with the laundry service, is excellent! The room service can be improved , though it wasn’t clean enough. Location is great ! Many big shopping malls and food, restaurants nearby, will definitely stayed there again but room service needs to get improvement . There is no airport transfer to Narita airport, hence recommended to ask hotel to book transport at $180 sgd or lug your luggages to take train to airport

Wonderful stay . Staff friendly and can converse very well in English. They greet every guests.

ไม่ไกลสถานีรถไฟฟ้าทั้ง jr และใต้ดินเลยค่ะ อยู่ไม่ไกลโตเกียวสกายทรี เดินไปที่พักจากสถานีรถไฟประมานไม่เกิน5 นาทีถึง มี family mart , lawson ใกล้ที่พักเลย แล้วก็มีซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตใกล้สถานีรถไฟ2 ที่ ใครอยากทำอาหารไปเดินหาซื้อของได้เลย และมีร้านอาหารเยอะให้เลือก ส่วนห้องพักสะอาด ตรงปก น่าอยู่มากๆค่ะ สัดส่วนใหญ่กว่าที่คิดไว้นิดนึง กางกระเป๋า 29“ ได้4 ใบ สบายๆเลย แต่เขาจะไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดทุกวันนะคะ พนง.จะแจ้งว่าทำวันไหนบ้าง(จำไม่ได้555) พนง.น่ารักค่ะ บริการดีพูดจาดี ราคาไม่แพงด้วย ถูกกว่าสาขาอื่นๆในจุดยอดนิยมอื่นๆ

地段比較方便，離地鐵站步行5分鐘，房間大，服務不錯，客房服務衹是收垃圾和換毛巾不鋪床，房價較高，性價比不高，四人以上家庭比較適合。

超級超級滿意，下次來日本還住這裏。

Too many great things to say about Mimaru Kinshicho to make this a short review but a very well deserved max rating from us as a travelling family of 5 from the UK. We booked the Theatre double bunk family room for a week. Firstly LOCATION, Excellent location situated less than 10 mins walk to Kinshicho station which has great transport links to Tokyo Station (3 stops on the Sobu Rapid) and Akhihabara/Shinjuku Stations on the Chuo Sobu, both of which more importantly are on JR lines and hence are JR Pass friendly, no need for an extra ticket if you already have a JR Pass! Kinshicho location itself is already a bustling area surrounded by large department stores, entertainment and food places so in terms of local ammenities, Kinshicho is abundant. Now onto the ApartHotel itself.. STAFF & SERVICE An array of multi lingual/multi cultural staff as well as being able to speak other foreigh languages all spoke perfect English so for the travelling foreigner, it was so refreshing to be able to communicate easily. Extremely polite staff all young and enthusiastic serving with a smile. They also offer to receive delivered luggages so when we sent out luggages from Osaka during our first leg of the Japan trip, not only were Mimaru happy to receive it, they also delivered the luggages straight to our room on arrival so our luggages was in the room ready and waiting for us. Little touches that we really appreciated. ROOM The best part - Modern, clean and fresh but most importantly for a city like Tokyo, the apartment was extremely large and spacious. Hotel rooms in Tokyo have always been tiny and cramped so our mindset always expected that so when upon entering this room, it exceeded our expectations. Had nice perks such as projection screen with smart TV capabilities such as Youtube, Netflix, phone screen mirrorring. A double sink area with a wetroom and large bath tub. An extra bedroom with 2 single beds (to quarantine the loud snorer like me) as well as the double bunk bed in the main studio room that easily sleeps 4. A large seating area and table that will comfortable seat six large adults. Very satisfied with the room choice and the best we've stayed in during all our previous stays in Japan. NEGATIVES/CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK I only have one very minor gripe. It is great that this place offers a large list of free-to-loan essential items (Like rice cooker, toaster, adapters etc) but I feel it is missing and could benefit from a fair usage policy on the items or at least on more popular items such as the iron and ironing board. When customers loan items, it is entirely up to them as and when they decide to return the items. This is why we waited for over 2 days for an iron and ironing board to become available. I feel the ApartHotel staff can reserve the right to retrieve loan items daily during housekeeping and if people requires the items, they can request it again from reception. The five of us had a wonderful stay at Mimaru Kinshicho! We stayed in a one-bedroom Japanese apartment. My husband and I and our two boys slept in the bedroom while our daughter slept in the Japanese room. The boys loved that there was a bunkbed and our daughter appreciated a room to herself. The apartment was clean, modern, and quiet, with room enough to spread out! Having a kitchen/dining area was fantastic for eating breakfasts in and snacking in the evening. The kitchen came equipped with plenty of tableware. There was a cute Muji fridge, as well as a microwave, and a toaster we were able to "rent" for the time we were there. I love the setup of the toilet and sink areas being separate from the bath/shower room. Beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was the best. I wish there was a washer/dryer in the unit itself for extra convenience but the ease of being able to do laundry on the first floor was the next best thing. Mimaru is about a five minute easy walk from the station. After a day of sightseeing, we would come back to Kinshicho station and enjoyed going down to the grocery store on the basement floor of Termina and shopping for breakfast for the next day. Staff were very friendly and checking in and out was easy. Being able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time was also very convenient and much appreciated. We found Mimaru Kinshicho very comfortable and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!
