The owner is very caring and helpful. We told her our estimated arrival time and she waited for us at the main road to welcome us. There was a night when we are still outside and she told us she had helped us turn on our room heater. It was cold outside and we could return to a comfortable room when we are back.

Hotel is like a 10 minutes walk from Wuzhen scenic area (west part). Everything was fine, employees were very nice. They have a delivery robot which is convenient. It’s allowed to smoke in the room, so it had a bit of cigarette smell. Also toilet in the room has only a glass door, but it was not a major problem. In any case this seems to be the standard in Chinese hotels. Breakfast was okay, not many western options, but it was fine in general.

A really lovely and cozy place to stay 😍 a stone throw away from the west gate of wuzhen. Located on a quiet street that’s full of other home stays (not sure if it’s due to non-peak winter period). Owner is friendly and helpful. There’s no lift and he assisted with carrying luggage to upstairs. Homestay designs and decorations, amenities are great. Breakfast is well presented, comfort food. Ordered tea as well as it’s one of their signatures.

we took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids.
We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.

IInvitéThe hotel is situated in a classic scholar garden. It's a bit far away from the entrance but free shuttles offer excellent way getting in and out the hotel. The surrounding is very quiet and away from major tourist traffic. The hotel is right by a classy covered bridge and near the canal so it's nice to walk to that side.
We have traveled the world staying in many luxury hotels but Eden Club House offered the best service we've received. XiaoJin小金 and team picked us up from the entrance, arranged luggage to be transferred to the hotel and back to the entrance on the departing date.
I like Eden Club working with the nearby large hotel to offer the swimming pool options. We enjoyed the infinity pool a lot. We appreciated hotel staff toured us around that lively riverbank area.
My girls loved the free fish food offered by the hotel, just one of many examples that the hotel service team went above and beyond to increase customer satisfaction.

1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣
2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤
3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤
❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity.
😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm .
he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺
ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

AAmyAn absolutely delightful experience at Wuzhen Shinetown clubhouse. Staff were amazingly attentive and welcoming. I had just stayed at the JW Marriott in Shanghai and I can confidently say their service is superior. Clubhouse is located in a very central location in Wuzhen so access to everything was super convenient. The restaurant food was one of the other highlight of the stay. Even if you don’t stay I highly recommend you make a special trip to their restaurant.

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, un bagagiste est venu nous aider. Nous nous sommes enregistrés et avons été surclassés dans une chambre avec un lit king-size. Au centre d'accueil, nous avons aidé à réserver le thé du matin pour le lendemain. Choisissez entre le thé du matin ou le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel.

Ce séjour a dépassé les attentes.
Cet hôtel est vieux, donc je n'avais pas de grandes attentes. Bien que les installations de l'hôtel soient un peu vieilles, le logiciel compense tous les problèmes. Chaque employé est très serviable et enthousiaste, et à chaque fois le service est fourni [de manière proactive]. .
De plus, le niveau de service global du parc Wuzhen est très bon. Même les chauffeurs des voitures du parc sont sympathiques, amicaux et serviables.
Les fournitures clients de l'hôtel sont L'Occitane, ce qui me rappelle Shangri-La😂
C'était aussi très confortable pour dormir la nuit
J'ai lu les critiques avant de dire que l'hôtel n'est pas insonorisé. Ce problème n'existe pas. Il est très calme.
Si un hôtel dans une zone pittoresque peut faire cela, je pense que c'est très bien.
Il semble que la direction de l'hôtel soit très efficace en matière de gestion, bravo.
Après mon départ, la réception m'a posé des questions sur mon expérience de séjour.
Toujours très fluide.
J'espère que l'hôtel ira de mieux en mieux.

IInvitéLa maison en bois dans laquelle nous vivons est ancienne, avec une salle à manger au premier étage et des chambres au deuxième étage. La pièce est très spacieuse et vous pouvez voir la rivière à l'extérieur lorsque vous ouvrez la fenêtre. Le restaurant au premier étage a un prix raisonnable et a bon goût. L'hôtel se trouve à une centaine de mètres à pied du site pittoresque et l'hôtel dispose d'un service de taxi sans chauffeur, et la prise en charge et le retour sont gratuits. Le patron et sa famille sont très gentils et répondent toujours à toutes nos questions. Avant notre départ, le patron nous a également offert des spécialités comme du thé aux chrysanthèmes et des gâteaux de tante. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. Nous choisirons cet hôtel la prochaine fois que nous viendrons. Wuzhen.

EESMLIts our 2nd time in Wuzhen, so we prefer staying a night is the best way or the only way for tourist to enjoy wonders of Wuzhen Watertown.
This hotel is located inside the watertown so you have the privilege to roam till late and as early in the morning.
Since its our first time staying in the hotel, we are not aware that the hotel has 2 entrances. We checked in at the common area, while our luggages will be transported to our designated hotels, since we only had a day to explore, without dropping to our hotel we go straight to the West part of Wuzhen water town.
This time we almost finish the whole area, and we felt so amazed with bands singing inside restaurants, and it turned out so well.
During the day, you can enjoy the old stone alley. We stayed in East gate, one unit has 3 rooms, 1 on the 1st floor (which we had), while 2 more rooms upstairs. Ground floor has a common area for morning tea time.
We choose the lower ground since it has balcony overlooking a part of the watertown. While for the room, definitely its expected to be old style, but its clean, with typical Chinese decor of 4 posts bed frame, which practically makes the room a bit crowded.
Breakfast is typical buffet type, good taste. Servers are very efficient, since guests coming in continuously. They're so attentive as soon as you finished your food, they'll surely cleans your plate out.
Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Le lit et les oreillers sont tous confortables. Une chambre dispose d'un petit berceau, adapté à une famille de trois personnes et aux personnes âgées. Il faut 5 heures pour que la soupe privée se réchauffe. Très confortable pour quatre personnes à tremper ensemble. Je l'ai trempé à 20 heures et il faisait encore chaud et je pouvais encore le tremper le lendemain matin. Le fauteuil de massage a d’excellentes fonctions. Bon service et amical avec les chiens.

IInvitéBien que l'espace de la pièce soit un peu petit, la vue clinique est bonne. La chambre est entièrement équipée, avec un peigne en bois, petit et raffiné. Le shampoing et le gel douche sont de bonne qualité, contrairement à certains B&B qui sont superficiels et ne moussent même pas. Il est équipé de bouchons d'oreilles antibruit. Nous y sommes restés le 30 janvier. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde et le bruit n'était pas fort. La qualité des bouchons d'oreilles était bonne. Je peux continuer à les utiliser après les avoir repris. J'ai fait mon devoir ... Haha. La chambre comprend 2 bouteilles gratuites d'eau minérale et de Hangbaiju. Il existe de nombreux programmes télévisés et plusieurs chaînes diffusent des blockbusters anglais 24h/24, ce qui est un régal visuel. Mais je choisis toujours l'ancienne version de Journey to the West, que je ne me lasse pas de regarder. Le patron a fourni le petit-déjeuner, nous avons choisi de prendre le petit-déjeuner à 7 heures du matin et le patron nous a gentiment appelé pour le service du petit-déjeuner à 7 heures du matin. Le petit-déjeuner était très copieux et les œufs fournis étaient des œufs rouges, très tendres. Des wontons et des nouilles, ainsi que 2 plats d'accompagnement locaux et une assiette de fruits sont également fournis. Le patron a dit qu'il ne suffisait pas de remplir le repas gratuitement, ce qui était vraiment réconfortant. Mon fils et moi n'avons pas rempli nos repas, les portions étaient excellentes. Avant de partir, le patron m'a offert un morceau d'aromathérapie, qui était vraiment élégant. Wuzhen, un lieu de slow life, avec un patron chaleureux, a reçu cette fois-ci une note de 5 étoiles.

EESMLStayed at this amazing resort at the end of April for a short getaway. The moment you enter the entrance, it gives you a serene feeling. The wide entrance walks you to the reception, as a relaxing scene awaits you. The hotel itself is more on modern architecture with minimalist designs.
Reception staff was very accommodating and friendly, he even upgraded our room for us to experience more the beauty of Alila, the assigned staff escorted us to our room and give us some heads up about what we can do and where to dine.
Since we came around late that afternoon, we had our dinner at the Chinese restaurant. The servers were all superb. We tried some of their specialties which staff recommended and we were very satisfied.
Afterward, we strolled around for some night views and fresh air. We then saw at the bar area, the singers are from Philippines (place where we came from), it gives us an urge to drop by to support and say hi. It turned out so well, they were very happy to see someone from where they came from (We were the first, according to them). We enjoyed the cocktails and ambiance so much.
Our room was on the ground floor with an independent entrance and 2 private gardens. All is perfect, despite the minimalisitc designs.
The breakfast buffet was served in a room facing the lake. As you're having your mouthwatering breakfast, you can enjoy the view.
Overall, our stay in this zen like resort brings tranquil zones, dropping the notch of a hustle and bustle city where we used to be.
