it is a very nice hotel. I was there second time. Very clean, staff is very responsitive. Near the hotel you can find a big shopping mall. It is not far from railway station. Only 15 min.

This is definitely the best hotel in the city. Its also huge, with two separate towers.

Inspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious "Business Room" in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath. There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty). Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb. The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet. Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the "all you can eat" buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.) Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.) There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests" for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

I've been in Jianghu, but there is no legend of elder brother in Jianghu.

因為是四大一小出遊，特意選了有3張床的酒店，能選擇的酒店不多，看到這個酒店有這樣的房型就趕緊定了。沒想到一進去房間很驚喜，房間超級大，有3個廁所，應該是一個標間和一個套房聯通的。使用空間非常寬敞，設施完善，好評。 同時酒店地面停車場就有快充，對於電車很友好，好評。 早餐也很豐盛，還有特色羊肉麪。 改進: 1）房間沒有身體乳、棉簽； 2）前台經驗不足，登記時是朋友先行登記，將房號發給本人，本人晚一點再去前台補登記並再拿一張房卡的。在補登記時由於前台有陌生人，本人故意將房號打在手機屏幕給前台看，並口頭説明我要補登記這個房間的卡，結果前台根本沒過腦子，直接大聲喊了出來2828房間。同時由於本人使用的電子身份證，前台可能看不見姓氏，問了一下姓什麼，當我説了姓什麼後，前台又大聲的把全名大聲的復讀了一遍。相當於又報房號又報客户姓名，像是完全沒經過培訓，絲毫不知道保護客户私隱，這點讓人感覺非常不專業； 3）房間到現在還沒有開冷氣，很悶； 4）自助早餐時提出需求，希望能給一個紙杯打包一杯咖啡走，因為剛吃了早飯喝不下咖啡，但是一會要自駕離開，因此希望打包一杯咖啡走，但是工作人員告知不可以，如果要打包一杯咖啡走，需要用掉房間的一份早餐額度。雖然可以理解自助餐原則不允許打包，但是認為不太過分的需求酒店應該可以滿足，或者可以溝通協商，但是這樣告知一杯咖啡需要一份額外的早餐額度去換就很令人無語。還好後來換了一位領班直接溝通，很積極的就幫忙準備了一個紙杯。 整體性價比還是很高的，服務意識如果能稍加改進就更好了，謝謝

一進到房間就發現衞生很差，書桌上留有很多不明污漬，明顯是沒有清潔乾淨。空調聲音很大，被子很厚，枕頭也是填充很差，一個晚上都沒睡好。房間的設計一言難盡，整個衞生間都非常幽暗且狹長，半夜上個廁所不僅要走很遠，還挺恐怖的。燈光更別説了，黃的黃，白的白，就不能統一一下嗎？體驗極差。

入住的第一感覺酒店大堂寬敞，房間整潔乾淨，舒適感撲面而來！連住二晚，感覺就一般了，五星酒店儘管是住B樓，但居然沒有小冰箱（有空位不擺放），甚是不便！早餐品種不多，供應量不足，取餐處總是有見底的鍋和盤，後續補上的也是不一樣的菜品了，以補素菜為主了，猜想A樓會好一些吧！第二天的衞生打掃比較簡單了，續住也應該做基礎的整理吧，除了鋪床，擺飲用水等面上的工作，電吹風也沒收拾，拖鞋也不擺位，證明地面沒做打掃；不知道現在對五星的評審標準是啥？不過服務總要提升的。

房間很不錯，服務也很周到，一定要提一下他們家的洗護產品，不是小瓶的，味道特別好，尤其是沐浴露🧴有很多香調成的，酒店環境太美了，簡直就是公園，有很多鳥，鳴鳴雎鳩，好聽極了。健身房太讚了，太專業了！還要補充一下，最近的套餐太值了，房間加正餐的套餐，我點的是日料，火鍋也不錯，下次試試🌺

設施：有前後2棟樓，還有停車場和充電樁 衞生：衞生間大，有淋浴房和浴缸 環境：有小花園，綠化多 服務：服務熱情，早餐選擇多， 服務生主動拿卡退房

富麗堂皇的硬件，服務也挺好，唯一有些覺得需要改進的，是洗護的沐浴液洗髮水等，振石還是那種可以任意擰開的瓶裝。建議改為那種帶特殊卡扣的，住客不借助工具無法輕易擰開的包裝，這樣更安全和衞生。

因自己身體的原因，提出入住要求無煙房等，即被安排入住～無煙樓層。 酒店🏨設施齊全，衞生很好，環境寬敞，園林綠化一流；所有的服務人員笑臉相迎，待顧客和藹可親。 自助早餐品種多樣化，可供選擇性佳。 總之，我們住時宿間雖短，但是，入住的體驗感非常的棒。 以後，去桐鄉會繼續選擇該酒店。
