J'ai essayé d'appeler ******* pour annuler jusqu'à la semaine suivante pour *** raisons de santé. J'ai téléphoné le lundi 14 pour respecter les conditions d'annulation. Madison m'a donné une réservation de **********. J'ai essayé à plusieurs reprises et j'ai été redirigé vers le +86 21 60420924 *********** (Shanghai), sans savoir que j'avais réservé. On m'a conseillé d'appeler Trip Advisor au +85 23 0083268 (Hong Kong), sans savoir que j'avais réservé. J'ai appelé Madison Plaza Townsville pour leur dire que j'avais passé une heure et demie au téléphone à relancer une agence fantôme et pour annuler ma réservation. Ils m'ont informé que je devais quand même payer, conformément aux règles de l'entreprise. ******* Vous n'êtes pas une bonne agence. Je vous supprime, vous et les autres, de mes applications. Je réserverai directement auprès *** hôtels à l'avenir. Trivago, c'est marrant. Ressaisis-toi. Vous pouvez me rembourser les 434 $ que cela m'a coûté. Je séjourne au Madison depuis plus de 30 ans, occasionnellement, mais j'ai toujours utilisé leurs services. Plus maintenant. I rarely leave negative reviews but due to the lack of acknowledgement or resolve from management at Madison Plaza I have to say; We were given a Business Queen room with black mould in the air conditioning—an obvious health risk. With no comparable room available, we were downgraded but still charged the original rate and told we’d be charged a $25 room change fee, I had to argue my case to not pay this which seems ridiculous! Staff were friendly and advised they were sending an email and the manager would contact us to provide a refund adjustment, but it never came. Worse, they gave us two invalid email addresses for follow-up, and our online query has been ignored. A disappointing experience—poor hygiene, false promises, and no accountability. Other than that it was a good location for us to visit all of the tourist hot spots in Townsville and we were provided clean towels each day. We were also able to store luggage for about 4 hours after check out and the lady that helped was very nice.

First time in Townsville, I arrived at midnight an hour after my checkin time and was so happy to find the hotel reception still up and waiting for my arrival. The service was epic. I requested an extension for two days and was given without delay. I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and friendly staff any day.

We stayed for one night. Room was clean, shower was good, bed was alright. You get what you pay for

Air con leaked, we got new room. Otherwise ok, little noisy at mornings.

The hotel is conveniently located. The facilities are not really bad.

All good , great location . You can walk around and nearby there is an information center .

We stayed in the same room on 2 occasions, a couple of days apart, so we have no knowledge of other rooms. This family suite was very dated and the chairs were very worn. The beds were comfortable enough and there was plenty of space. The location for the ferry to Magnetic Island was close and the city bus hub was very close. The staff on the desk were lovely but didn’t seem to know much about buses or airport transfers, which was a shame. Overall, it was a comfy enough place to stay while we waited to access the ferry and airport, but nothing more than that.

The room was considerably clean, 2 of total 4 lights were not working, room was dark and dimmed. Lisa did what she could do, replacing a floor lamp for us, which is appreciated. Night was a nightmare, drunk guests were trying to tap their card to get in our room every hour or two. People or talking and screaming LOUD at from 1-5am, you could clearly hear people walking by,I understand that's not the hotel's fault, but I'm sure there's a better alternative in town at this price range.

Very comfortable beds the room was very clean and hotel was in a great location and was great value for money

Rooms are dark dated and extremely run down Paint work looks dreadful peel off furniture ie dressing table Chairs in rooms are dirty with black over used areas The room was cleaned but the furnishings Lee the feel of cleanliness down Reception friendly Beds were comfortable As a family we were lucky it was just a one night stop over room’s depressing feel to rooms ..we didn’t pay much therefore get what we paid for I suppose Wouldn’t recommend needs a re-vamp
