Good little hotel, the grounds could do with attention, a little out of the way but that was ok as we had a hire car. The staff was very pleasant, and helpful. No complaints from us was what we was expecting, clean pool, the site shop was closed but I expected that with the season ending. Would recommend renting a hire car as public transport is limited.

We stayed at this resort from 31st May till 5th June. We travelled with a group of 7 and had booked 2x 2 bedroom apar**ents. We had landed late and had to check in around 9pm but This wasn’t an issue for the management. They were super friendly and helped us check in with no issues whatsoever. The place has an amazing view of the city and the ocean as well as a family friendly pool which is much bigger in person as well as a kids park. Also has activity/arcade rooms where you can spend some time playing pool or foosball or even table tennis outside. Also they have a small shop inside for any quick meals or drinks/snacks. Unfortunately the sauna and jacuzzi wasn’t open as they only operate during winter but this wasn’t an issue for us as the hot sunny weather was more than enough! The resort is based between two towns and up a very high hill. It is an issue to travel to the local shops which is about 20-25 min walk but there is always taxi available at the resort. They have their own resort driver (Alex) who was absolutely brilliant. Very sociable and friendly! We had lots of visitors (cats) come into our apar**ent and spend time with us which was the cherry on top as the family really felt at home. I can’t put a fault on the service we had received from the manager (Aziz) and colleagues. This was a very memorable trip for myself and my family and I really hope to return one day as we all felt very much connected with everyone.

The whole complex is run down The hotel was empty, bar closed, no food and health club was abandoned and looked like it hadn’t been used for ages The indoor swimming pool was empty as was the one by the apar**ents. It has been built on a desolate hill which was miles from anywhere. the apar**ent we stayed in was nice (Giai 103) if you like being in a remote place. There was a very distant sea view and the pool by the hotel was nice this is yet another case of *********** and Trip Advisor misinformation

After arriving to the apar**ent there was water licking. I tried to coordinate with reception so they come to fix it. We agreed on a day and time when I’ll be there to let them in. They didn’t respect it. They came into the apar**ent without my permission leaving the door open! When I return there were two cats there. When I told reception, there response was un acceptable. During the night I had some mosquitos biting me. Those people don’t know how to deal with guests. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

I'm writing this as I'm here, now. I read all the reviews AFTER booking. I only saw the few 4 and 3 star ones on the holiday booking website, and at the time it seemed like a less expensive option so we booked. Reading the reviews after worried me, but actually we've had a nice time. The hotel is run down. Don't bother going all inclusive as there's not a lot of food/drink options. I only saw people eat at breakfast and the pool bar has a few drinks and a few crisps, more alcoholic ones than anything (and they're generous with the measures).The shop looks like soviet Russia on a bad day (mostly empty shelves). BUT, the views are amazing and most days we had the large, clean pool to ourselves or almost to ourselves. Nothing is really in walking distance. There is a hotel taxi service - its one guy with colourful opinions on all foreigners and their countries. We hired a moped, which was great fun going around the mountains and very easy to get to Paphos and Coral Bay. The staff are fine once you chat politely to them, but agree it's not american style service or banter. Our apar**ent was very clean, the WIFI was better than the UK and we took a Chromecast which worked perfectly on the telly. There are a couple of little villages nearby (use a taxi,car or moped) where meals are just as nice and cheaper than Paphos. On first inspection it looks like there's not much for breakfast but when you sit down you're given a menu, with full English and more to choose from. The eggs were perfect and haloumi on the side a nice touch. It is instant coffee though. If you can get a cheap deal, it's worth going. Just accept its not like the hotels on the beachfront, more of a base from which to explore than a hotel to spend much time at. In the apar**ents there are ovens, washing machines, balconies, WIFI, all you need. There is a Cypriot uber for takeaways (woosh or something) which we've used a couple of times. Our room is quiet at night and we've slept well. I think we're the only Brits here. Maybe because of the reviews! Overall, it's a decent base camp and we've met a lot of lovely cats here too.

Nessuno degli elementi e dei servizi che questo posto promette si avvicina minimamente ad uno standard non dico buono, ma accettabile, sotto ogni punto di vista. Non capisco come un posto del genere possa essere aperto e ricevere ospiti! A partire dall'educazione e l'igiene (che sono le basi per quanto riguarda una struttura aperta al pubblico), fino ad arrivare al cibo ed i servizi "offerti", nemmeno un singolo elemento può essere considerato decente. Appena arrivati in struttura il proprietario a malapena ci saluta e ci accoglie con arroganza e maledicazione; la camera e la struttura in generale violano ogni norma sanitaria e di sicurezza (muffa nei condizionatori, scarafaggi nel lavandino, tende e lenzuola visibilmente macchiate, intonaco che si scrosta dalle mura e cade a pezzi, estintori che hanno l'ultima data di manutenzione risalente a più di quattro anni fa), piscina sporca e trasandata, reception praticamente sempre deserta. Ahimè neanche la cucina si avvicina lontanamente ad uno standard soddisfacente: il personale non parla inglese e dopo la prima sera in cui ci hanno portato due insalate su tre ordinate, ed abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di mezz'ora per avere la terza mentre nel frattempo provenivano urla incomprensibili dalla cucina, ci abbiamo rinunciato. Un posto del genere dovrebbe chiudere all'istante, si rischia seriamente di prendere qualche malattia o infezione! Evitate, evitate, evitate

Es handelt sich hier um eine große Hotelanlage, die offensichtlich noch nicht fertig ist. Allerdings doch ein wenig vom Schuss weg, wie hier schon erwähnt mit Mietwagen optimal, ohne ist man da oben kaserniert. Für all inklusive wäre das Hotel eine Katastrophe. Die Apar**ents sind sehr gut ausgestattet mit der Küche kann man sich bestens selbst versorgen. Alles funktioniert und ist, wenn stellenweise auch älter, gepflegt. Die Reinigung erfolgt alle zwei Tage sehr freundlich und gut. An der Rezeption und am Pool ist Service leider eher stumme Abfertigung. Das Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen, da wir nicht einmal dort selbst gegegessen haben und das Frühstück war selbst "gejagt". Fazit: Als "Basisort" für Erkundungen vorwiegend um Phapos bestens geeignet, sauber, alles was man braucht vorhanden. Mehr nicht
