J'y retournerais certainement ! Les propriétaires forment le couple le plus gentil et le plus charmant. La chambre était propre, spacieuse avec une belle vue sur le balcon et les propriétaires étaient toujours là pour nous donner des conseils utiles ou organiser des visites et des transports pour nous. La patronne m'a même offert un jouet de sa collection pour mon neveu ! Merci aux propriétaires du Botanic Sapa Hotel d'avoir rendu notre voyage à Sapa aussi mémorable grâce à leur chaleur, leur gentillesse et leur prévenance !

J'y suis resté 5 jours en octobre 2022. Ce fut une expérience merveilleuse. Van et son mari sont vraiment très gentils et amicaux. La vue depuis ma chambre était incroyable, on peut voir les montagnes et les nuages. L'emplacement est très bon car il est proche de nombreux cafés/restaurants sympas et du centre Sapa. Je recommande vivement ce bel hôtel familial car vous vous sentirez certainement comme chez vous.

Thanks to Van and her family we felt very welcome in sapa. They showed us a lot of routes and trips for around sapa and also helped use book it. They recomended us for every day an activity or a very detailed route because of that we could see sapa on the best way posible. Everything was very clean and the view from the balcony was exceptional. They offered us a laundry service and we got our laundry very fast. The whole family was very accommodating and always offered help immediately. The price-performance ratio was great. The location was perfect in the center of sapa. Would absolutly recomend to stay in the botanic sapa hotel. We would always choose this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay at Botanic Sapa. From the moment we arrived Van and her husband made us feel so welcomed. The room is spacious and clean with a balcony giving amazing mountain view. The property is at the end of the main street so close to restaurants and cafes but down some stairs which makes it very peaceful. The room was cleaned each day and Van would turn the heating on and the electric blanket to warm the bed before we returned each night, such a lovely touch. She also provided water and snacks in our room This was like a home away from home. Van organized a couple of tours for us making our stay in Sapa very fun and interesting . She also gave us a hand drawn map and told us the best places to eat and shop. Ask her for the best Pho place just sound the corner. You won’t regret staying here.

This is a lovely place to stay, very clean and a great location. Vân was very helpful with my sightseeing plans while in SaPa. Thank you so much to Vân and Minh for making me feel so welcome. I would recommend Botanic SaPa.

Van & husband were amazing, friendly and personal, introduced us great places to visit. daily housekeeping for our 3 nights stay, place was spotlessly clean & there plus were the 2 lovely cats and a cute lovable dog. The view from the balcony was also amazing . place was down. flight of steps & has no lift in the building, but it wasn’t a problem for me , as I was carrying a bag pack not luggage

I booked this place about 2 minutes before I showed up as my original hotel fell through, and got super lucky. The location was great, central but slightly off the main street so nice and quiet overnight, the place was very clean and very comfortable and the service/hospitality was phenomenal. By far the best accommodation experience I had in over 3 weeks in Vietnam. They have 2 cats and a dog and it was just really homely. Highly recommend.

This has been my favorite hotel so far on my trip. Van is the owner and she’s amazing, so so helpful and friendly! She gave me recommendations for food (even made my vegetarian dinner for me when it was late and near by restaurants had already closed) - it was cold but she warm me up :)) ! She booked tour - bus for me and helped me plan my trip. Location is really good, lots of places to eats and good coffee. Bed was very comfortable, the view from your bed is amazing, I could hear birds songs when I opened the balcony door and really enjoy the scene with tranquil white cloud covered mountains from my bed. Clean big toilet and shower too. There is a nice vibe at the hotel, I joined other guests for the trekking tour and made good friends there. There is also a book exchange too with a really good collection of books. The vibe There are two dogs named Snow and Ice-cream and two cats named Pumpkins 🎃 and Watermelon 🍉 which are absolutely adorable! Thank you Van for everything and I had really good time! I can’t recommend this hotel enough :(( Nothing. Everything was great 👍

My stay at Botanic Sapa Hotel was amazing. It felt like home from the beginning as Van and her husband are incredibly welcoming. They made my stay unique and familiar. The room was great. It was very spacious, bright and clean. As I went in December it was very cold but they have heating blankets and aircon-heating to keep you warm. It was such a pleasure when I came 'home' in the evening and Van already turned on the heating blanket. One time there was even a fresh tea ready for me in my room. Van and her husband helped with everything, bus tickets, guided tours, restaurant recommendations etc. The location was great. It was in the middle of Sa Pa but still not right next to the noisy roads so I had a great nights sleep. They have 2 cats and a little dog, all of them very pleasant and friendly. Thank you, I had a fantastic stay und would come back any time.
