Incredible stay, we loved it. The apartment was huge and very clean, and the people working there are super nice and available at all times. The hotel has incredible amenities and in a quiiet area. Thanks for the wonderful time

L"hôtel et l'endroit sont jolis, mais un certainnombre de chambres n'ont pas de fenêtres sur l'extérieur. De plus, le quartier est dangereux, sans lumière la nuit et connu du service de tourisme pour des attaques de jour et de nuit

A beautiful location, amazing and helpful staff (Diego, Brenda and Edgar were great!) and spacious apartment. The kitchen is great for most meals and the room is spacious. Rooftop pool area is very beautiful and great for relaxing with a coffee or drink in the evening. The wifi works well enough. We had a terrace to ourselves on the ground floor and it was spacious and great for morning coffee. The Aldea Zama neighborhood is still under development but it has many great restaurants and amenities in walking distance of Azul including several small markets for basic groceries. There's also a free local cenote in the area that we dropped into a few times, its less than 5 mins walk from Azul. Free bike and scooter rental on site made it easy to get around and get to the beach which is about 20-30 minute bike ride away depending on where you're going. You can reach the Avenida Tulum in about 20-25 minute walk but it's an easy bike ride at 10-15 minutes. Expect some dirt roads though. We arrived late and staff were kind enough to accommodate us. Can't thank them enough as they were very kind and extremely helpful.

Weird location, a lot of buildings in construction around ours with work starting at 8am. The room was ok clean but we found hair in the bathroom. The pool is way smaller than the photo make you believe (jaccuzzi size) and is not heated! It’s close-ish to the beach but not really, you’ll need to drive to access the main beach. And it’s 20min walk to the main street thru backstreets or 8min drive. Good thing was the price and we needed 3 bedrooms which was not easy to find. Pro: Rooms were large and staff was really nice. A few nice bars and upscale restaurants arouns. I think the area will be nice when all the hotels/resorts/restaurants construction are done

It was a nice stay very relaxing, It lays perfect in the center. So perfect hotel to go to the beach, clubs or restaurants. Also the reception was very kind. The only bad thing was that you need to put on a sign if the room needs to be cleaned we didn’t no that so the beds were dirty the second night.

Great place to stay, the staff is really friendly and helpful a lot, quiet place and really cozy, it is just for sleep because there is nothing going on at the hotel, I hope the rooftop have a bar, but sadly, it is just a empty pool, with no ambient. But mostly was a great experience

This place is not a proper hotel, has no atmosphere, facilities or service, because it is an apartment building in a building site of an area of Tulum neither walking distance from the beach nor the town. It is also very very poor value - a rip off basically (made worse by them creating their own $ exchange rate of 22.5 rather than 18.5 - a 20% mark up on the price you expected to pay). In our 2 weeks in Mexico this was, by a country mile, the worst place we stayed. Eg on arrival, at check in the focus was on us agreeing not to steal the towels, pay for damages and follow their rules as if we were students. On the plus side: the bed was comfortable and the apartment clean. Read the negative reviews and believe them on this occasion!

It was a beautiful room, with great AC but the WiFi didn’t reach our bed just the wall closest to the hallway. And then we used the outside jacuzzi and it leaked in our room. But the pool was great and it was really empty so that was nice.
