Dragut Point North Hotel - All Inclusive

Je ne sais pas pourquoi il y a tant de critiques négatives, pour un triple en Turquie, un très bon hôtel, oui il y a des problèmes avec la nourriture, mais il y a aussi de la nourriture délicieuse, la vue est incroyable, l'emplacement est aussi, vous pouvez acheter des excursions juste à côté de l'hôtel de Tito, les chambres étaient nettoyées tous les jours. Le seul inconvénient est le mauvais wi-fi, uniquement dans la chambre (nous en avions 205) et à la réception

L'oreiller et les draps avaient Staines. Il y avait des ongles sur le sol. L'un des serveurs m'a demandé d'où je venais, j'ai répondu Londres. Le serveur a fait un geste de quelqu'un pendu par le cou et a dit "la reine est morte" et a ri. Ce que j'ai trouvé très offensant. Le même serveur ne s'est pas excusé. Très choquant.

J'ai réservé une chambre avec vue sur la mer avec balcon, nous n'avons eu ni l'un ni l'autre !! J'ai essayé d'expliquer à la réception mais personne n'a pu comprendre. La pièce ressemblait à une boîte à chaussures sans espace pour se déplacer et nulle part où ranger ses affaires. Pas d'animation et le bar était dans le restaurant si vous aviez la chance de faire comprendre à quelqu'un ce que vous commandiez, la nourriture était également basique même si les hamburgers à l'heure du goûter étaient corrects. L'hôtel était dans une belle partie de la ville juste à côté de la mer, dommage pour les commodités.

This hotel is the dirtiest most run down hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It advertised its sister hotels rooms as its own. The toilet/ shower rooms are crawling with filth and decay. House keeping us non existent and complaints are met with indifference. This was a horrible experience. Pool side also dirty and the poolside toilets can only be described as urine sodden. Please don’t choose this hotel if you select Turgutreis.

Complaint after complaint I’m afraid, from running out of food, knives and forks, agitprop con and lift not working, rooms are the size of a postage stamp, rude staff has to be the worst place my wife and i have experienced, booked it as i saw it on the website and my fault went on reviews and it came up as Dragut South which is 100m away however you don’t have access to that , and it has no gym which it advertises. Only good thing it has its own beach which was nice

From the outside hotel looks fabulous however it has a lot of down points the rooms are clean our particular room the bathroom was small the curtains Have been pulled down at some point and never been put back on the rail and the wardrobe doors are falling of the runners A relatively new hotel that’s disappointing when you go to dine you don’t know what you’re eating the food isn’t labelled you have to look for knives and forks they say that they do an afternoon snack but the food is always cold while we’ve been here there was no wine only beer no spirits other than vodka and no fresh orange juice just apple juice for an all inclusive hotel it has been very disappointing the pool area is okay there’s not enough seating area for the amount of people in the hotel to sit on an evening however there’s no entertainment so people don’t stay to drink at the free bar they end up going to main town which benefits this hotel that’s why they don’t have anything for you to drink and that’s why they don’t have the entertainment so you will go up into the main town to be honest it’s better than the hotel we were originally booked in and I can’t fault the bed is very clean and that’s all I wanted was a clean bed but I will never book here again in fact after 12 years of coming to Turgutres I won’t be coming again after this experience not with this hotel with but with moonlight which we was originally booked in and then having to pay stupid amount of money to stay here while it is a better hotel it is certainly not worth the amount we paid the supposed to stop the food at 10 stop it at nine that’s evening meal supposed to do soup at 11 I’ve never seen them do that that’s the late arrivals as well as for the afternoon snack today was cold chips and cold kebab that’s it oh and a bit of pizza bread and a free glass of beer if you drink beer other people will say they’ve had a fantastic time at this particular hotel maybe because they’re in the supreme suits where the views are absolutely spectacular and the rooms are huge but I’ve been in a lot of budget class hotels in Turgutres over the years And never had a reason to complain I’ve even been in some of the best hotels in Turgutres the top end and again never had to complain but this time so disappointed
