Staff were great especially Varun in Concierge who was brilliant at organising our day trips 🙌, food was excellent , fantastic room clean and comfortable and security guard kalu lal is very considerate & helpful. Highly recommended this hotel We are tourist from UK

The room was not clean. Stains on the bed sheets and towels.there’s how water only when you ask for it and they didn’t tell us that in the check in so I only realised it when already in the shower. Worst of all is that they somehow placed a review in my name on *********** giving themselves a 10/10 and saying that my experience was “amazing”. It was far from it.

Very Nice Hospitality manager(Manoj Sharma) and Staff friendly(in Reception) near bus stand very nice Rooms and nice restaurant Good Food next door to reception and nice bar to see sports match good price free wifi and free city travel information for inside the city tour. We had a great stay there.

Good hotel with good staff who manages the service. Food is also good. Rooms and other facilities were good and met my expectations. Special mention Mr. Ojha who has been very helpful. Entire team is very polite and well mannered. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks to the hotel team!

Badminton court was amazing. And the entire stay with the hotel was very helpful and must visiting. Really want to appreciate few names like Khatri Abdul. Arya. Veg and non-veg should be separate in restaurant

We stayed here during the Weekend in mid August for 3 nights during our first visit to Udaipur. We wanted to explore the city so chose a place just for bed and breakfast. We booked through ***********, the images of the rooms were misleading. We booked the room after seeing the images which looks spacious enough with table and chair in case we wanted to dine in the room, but only to find out that the room we got was super small and no space to even move around. They website should not mislead with images. When the reception team found we are unhappy with the room experience, we were upgraded to the Luxury room for 2 nights. Deepa at the reception was empathetic towards the situation and made sure we were comfortable and helped us with the upgrade. We shifted back to the original room as property was fully booked for long weekend on the 3rd night. 2nd day, when we retuned to the room, the team made a surprise for us with cake and decoration of the room for our Anniversary. The team went beyond their duty to ensure our day was made. That was a sweet gesture . Only drawback was the breakfast, which we found a bit unorganised, when we ordered ala carte, we were served a very stale poha, after we informed the staff at the restaurant they did replace but this could have been avoided if someone orders from the menu, fresh item should be prepared and not served from the buffet. Overall, our stay was memorable, considering all the recoveries being made and staff behaviour were extremely courteous.

Very bad hotel I am working as a employee this hotel.but last time I am quite tha job but this hotel owner not pay my salary in 46 days I request plz transfer my salary in my account my full name sandeep kumar. I am working as a captain in f& B department.

Excellent service, excellent food, nice location, fast service, staff behaviour is very nice, well maintained and clean rooms, all facilities have been excellent, rooms condition very nice, good service provided and full fill over all requirements

Excellent stay! Great property in budget! Very nice ambiance and best location. Friendly and supportive staff. They understand your need. Food was good in test. They fulfilled all the requirements as per COVID protocol. Thank you for providing at most level of service.
