There are a list of drawbacks in the hotel: 1. The hotel is not located in canter, check Madhuvan Serai or Hometown Galleria for same price and better service. 2. The hotel includes a rooftop pub which has very loud music in the night and is difficult to sleep in the room. 3. The towels are not clean and the ***ager Vikrant is not available at times. 4. Room was definitely good but the only strange was, even though they are charging high, they don't provide breakfast 5. Better hotels which includes complimentary breakfast and are family friendly are located well within the city center, do check them.
