тут плохо кормят,все разваливается,на кровать лег болты отлетели и в некоторых комнатах окна не открываются,даже поговорить нормально нельзя уже соседи орут и начинают звонить в полицию,соседи ужасные и плохие,пофиксите

Попали в город на период газпромовского форума. Мест в гостиницах не было. Эта - единственная, где нашёлся номер со свадебным оформлением. Кондиционер не работал, ночью в номере было +30. На ковролине мусор. Персонал неприветливый. Не хотели бы мы быть этими новобрачными. :((

Был в Уфе, жил две ночи в данном отеле. Брал вариант проживания с питанием : завтрак+ужин. При заселении сотрудники на ресепшн не внесли в свою базу информацию об оплаченных завтраках. В итоге в первый день я без проблем позавтракал, а на второй день мне сказали ,что у меня не оплачены завтраки и отправили разбираться на ресепшн. В итоге, конечно, разобрались, но даже не извинились за собственную ошибку, а нагрубили. В целом отель нормальный, но осадок остался.

Не могу согласиться со вторым местом этого отеля в рейтинге. Безусловно отель №1 в Уфе. Все продумано в номерах. На 7 этаже есть бизнес зона с легким перекусом и напитками, возможностью переговоров и работы на компьютере. Предупредительный персонал. Завтраки просто супер, есть аутентичные блюда. Хорошее расположение.

Девушки на ресепшен- лицо отеля. Лицо Капитолины ясно давало понять, что нам тут не рады, просто "морда кирпичом", как сказать по другому- я не знаю. Заезд был 12 апреля. Девушка в смене с ней была куда приветливее, сложилось ощущение, что девушка(очень жаль, но не помню её имени), прекрасно осознавала неприветливость Капитолины и пыталась как то погасить негатив. Отель снаружи выглядит роскошно, внутри так себе- обои отходят, мебель дешёвая, комод под теликом- дверцы провисли. Полотенцесушииель еле греет. Шторы очень грязные, аж серые. Но, за 7 тысяч на двоих за две ночи- может и не стоит требовать большего. Но ладно, не смертельно. Охранники приветливые. Но Капитолина конечно атас )

Добрый день! Приходила пообедать с подругой, в планах было провести маркетинг, оценить удобство номеров, так как хотели остановиться на выходных. Были поражены отношением к гостям на рецепции. Девушка-хостес сначала пыталась нам отказать, сказав, что на сайте есть картинки, потом все же отправила нас на этаж смотреть номер. Номер-стандарт мы посмотрели, но бизнес так и не увидели. Нам начали хамить на этаже, указывая на то, что мы «ошиваемся без присмотра и кто нас сюда пустил» , притом называя нас «девочками»Спасибо за собачье отношение!

Удобное месторасположение. Приятный район для вечерних прогулок. Уклон душевой сделан грамотно. Вода не скапливается. Порадовали дозаторы в душевой с мылом и шампунем, вместо одноразовых пакетиков в других гостиницах. Вкусные завтраки. Все свежее. Есть фрукты и овощи. Отсутствие звукоизоляции между номерами. Направление киблы на потолке и в комоде разное. Неудобный проход для официантов между стойкой и столом в ресторане (приходится протискиваться).

Хороший отель, просторные номера и хороший шведский стол на завтрак. Персонал старательный, но очень не улыбчивый. Девчонки на завтраке вообще ни разу не поздоровались. Были небольшие проблемы с Wi-Fi
