We came here to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We stayed for 7 nights in a sunset beach suite. The facilities in our room were excellent. The suite was immaculate and housekeeping kept everything perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a little confusion on our booking about our package but this was handled by the manager and his team. The food was excellent an amazing range and plenty of it. The staff in the restaurants were very courteous and friendly. Very much the personal touch. They went above and beyond to ensure you were happy. The bars were also lovely. The staff took great care of you and came round taking drinks orders. The staff made you feel at home and ensure you were completely happy, using our names and quickly picking up on personal preferences. Take a look at the pictures of the resort, it is postcard perfect and kept that way with the help of the amazing behind the scenes team who are constantly working. The App on your phone was perfect for arranging anything including the spa treatments, entertainment, restaurant reservations, housekeeping. We had a couples massage and it was excellent. Once you are on the island you will have the most amazing holiday. Be prepared for a long trip. We came from the UK which was 22 hrs end to end. Check out what your local transfer is like. We were lucky we had a very short wait and had nothing to complain about. Do your research and find out how long your wait will be and book your flights accordingly. It was a holiday to remember.
