Avis : Leisure by Bestow hotel

We are a family of four currently living in the GCC. The hotel was perfect for our needs. Our youngest really loved the tent and plushies. The downstairs restaurant is very convenient and I really enjoyed the healthy free breakfast with consistent staples and a variety of freah ingredients. It was so colorful! The people who work there are extremely friendly and willing to talk to you help even when there is a language barrier. Top-notch service! There is a kind of mostly concrete park - good for skating or biking - outside as well and many convenience stores to choose from. The street vendor nearby sells lovely grilled kebabs and nan bread.

It's about 20mins away from the new airport. Only managed to get a ride to the hotel as my flight out was too early (left at 8am). Had to wait for another guest for the ride to the hotel for almost an hour. The first room I got had a very strong cigarette smell, so they changed my room upon request without any fuss.

The hotel was very well kept and the service was great ! It would be good if the hotel offered airport pick up as we had taxis hustling for business . And in fact the driver we were with charged us more than the amount she quoted before the trip.and did not give us back the change.eh3n she dropped us off .

Friendly staff and helpful . They do provide airport drop off service which is good for me . The only things that they need to improve is their water pressure , abit slow .

Had an amazing stay at this hotel with friends over a 5 night period. From the very first moment the hotel was extremely welcoming, the driver was punctual and patient while we tried to find the car, and Ms Li on the front desk was very welcoming, she always greeted us when we arrived and left, and helped us book our airport transfer on our final day. The only issue we had was the small amount of toiletries we received, however it was a very small issue. Make sure to check out the plaza dancing outside the hotel at night, and enjoy the amazing food and beer in the near by restaurants!

Hotel staffs are very kind and provided good service. Very close to the airport and community park.

Very nice and very clean. Recommended for those who come and go by plane. I managed to walk and return back from the sports center Metro. Its not near, a good 20 mins walk each way. From the metro to Erdaoqiao station for the GRAND BAZAAR of Urumqi, definitely worth a visit. 10 minutes walk outside the BAZAAR is a food street. The food is really nice.

I had a great time at Leisure (Bestow Hotel) as a frequent traveller, I have not seen such an excellent customer service. Everyone at the reception was very helpful and smiling, which is very important for me. They fixed me a lot of things which I needed to sort out. I am very grateful. Highly recommended in Urumqi. 全部都是智能家電 有小度 環境也很好 過道都是香香的 和五星級酒店有的一拼前台小焦服務很熱情 提前聯繫她因為我們要還車 和我們説可以叫師傅老機場接我們。但是我們算不好時間 就自己打車了。我説想要一次性拖鞋 她也給我了 （酒店裡麪不是一次性的 但是包裝完整應該是消毒過的）笑容也是非常的親和。第二天我們去機場還幫我們拿行李。完全就是貼身管家。沒想到幾百塊能享受到這待遇。再説説酒店早餐吧 主打一個什麼都有 應有盡有 早餐吃好發現桌子上居然還有單獨包裝的牙線 簡直太完美了 至於其他評價説吵的。我是真的沒感覺這個酒店很吵 首先這個窗户關上就能隔絕噪音了 其次酒店準備了眼罩和耳塞。一晚上我睡得很舒服。從硬件到服務。真的讓人感受到賓至如歸。謝謝小焦的服務！讓我最後一天在新疆的旅程畫上圓滿的句號 以後一定還會來
