房間乾淨衞生，就是有點小，早餐比較豐盛，餐廳服務人員服務周到，我們在吃飯時手包忘記放在餐廳，服務人員幫我們保管好，很熱情的歸還我們，非常的感謝他們，交通非常便利，就在碼頭邊上。

This hotel will not honor the rate quoted and will overcharge you leaving you at the end of the world with little options on a rainy night. Personnel is nonchalant, food is boring and no options are given to solve the overcharge issue. Definitely a hotel to avoid.

The hotel took me back to my university days! It had many of the features of a student residence ie the common parts are very worn and shabby and the rooms very basic. The room had 2 single beds on wheels so if you sat on the bed to read the bed moved. The ac didn’t really function so the room was unbearably hot. The obvious answer was to open the window but opposite the hotel is some form of local market that plays extremely loud music until 10pm then the locals on motorbikes trailing up and down the road take over. On the positive side the staff were helpful and polite and the hotel is very well located.

This hotel had a great pool, jacuzzi and spa facilities, it was clean and the staff were helpful, however sleep was an issue. The rooms facing the road were extremely noisy - the beds were uncomfortable and the noise of other guests could be heard all night. For the cost of the hotel we found it highly overpriced.

We stayed here for 1 night before an Antarctic cruise. Ushuaia is very small so you can walk to anywhere. The hotel is opposite the port so very handy for this. There is also a taxi rank across the road and we got a taxi to the End of the World train and had a nice ride on there. Would recommend the hotel for a short break.

We booked two nights in this hotel opposite the port and in the town centre. The room was clean but without any personality. Room had two beds that moved on their rolers, a desk and chair, bedside table and light. No pictures, carpets, nice curtains or comfortable chairs. The bathroom was great with plenty of towels! Breakfast was the only meal served and was poorly stocked with reconstituted ham, no museley or yaogurt. Dried up scrambled eggs were offered but no bacon. We had an awful noise of music all night and sometime during the day from a flat next door. Not a great experience!
