Everything is good and will made myself at home,

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on my recent business trip to Vapi. Comfortable bed, neat and clean bathroom and good food . Food quality and quantity was good for the price they charge. They offer ample parking space, My in room dining experience was good in terms of packaging & Time they took to bring my order. Staff is friendly and catered to my needs. As a solo business traveler I was satisfied with my overall stay experience here.

Loved the rooms,well cleaned,hygenic and ambience was too good, budget friendly, it was a happy stay, will not think twice to book this hotel, staffs are very helpful,wifi connction runs smoothly if u have any urgrnt zoom meetings to attend.

The pillows are the fluffiest pillow i have ever felt.. the food was so tasty hygiene was properly maintained the food was cooked properly the staff was bery polite and hunble in nature there was no issue in the staff and the hotel suggest to gi with family

It's on the right side of the highway if you're traveling from Mumbai side. Google map shows a u-turn from much ahead but there's an underpass right in front of the hotel. It's VEG hotel. But the food taste is gr8. Very good location, ample parking, n cooperative staff. The complimentary breakfast was a real turn off... no buffet ... n only one person was serving, attending to more than 15 guests at the same time, n cleaning the tables as well. Disappointed in dining room maintenance. Since I couldn't wait much, I had to leave the complimentary part n ended up having a paid breakfast at a restaurant ahead on the highway, just to save time. The room rates should be much less since it's pure veg serving no buffet breakfast n no alcohol, as compared to the Regenta in Bh***ch.

In our experience it is rare to be totally disappointed with a Hotel This place is filthy dust covered walls and floors carpets. That have not been hoovered musty odour smelly The traffic noise fumes from the highway blair of lorry horns greet you You will not get the Indian customary welcome glass of water Please avoid this place it is a black spot on the glorious historic Gujrat Although we had paid in advance we checked out after one hour no refund or co****sation was offered The electrics in the bedroom are a hazard broken sockets in bathroom Please avoid this place to avoid deep lasting disappointment and distress

The was not our first time stay at this hotel. We visited here in 2019 for a halt. Same in this year 2022, we had a one night stay. However things have been changed totally after the pandemic hit. There was not much staff than usual (Even the security guard at the gate, leaving our car at risk). When we reached, the reception AC was off ( I think they were cost cutting) and no doubt we took our room keys and went up the room to freshen up. As it was lunch time we went to their restaurant and what we found; not a single person was there expect our family of 3. Our order was taken, and as we were waiting for the food to arrive impatiently, what we observed was the kitchen is empty and there is no chief there. We asked the boy who took our order, he said no worry he himself will make the food. We were like NO! Then we stood up and went outside in search of tummy fillers. This hotel is far away for anything. No market is near. literally we have had to go far for lunch. It was a torture to us. In our booking there was complimentary breakfast for us. But we realised there was no breakfast as the staff is not there. I think they should not take bookings if they are incapable of fulfilling their guests needs. The room was clean though and that is the only thing they had to offer.
