The room exceeds my initial expectations with its spaciousness. Additionally, I'm pleasantly surprised to discover that this hotel is EV-friendly, offering complimentary overnight charging for my electric vehicle. This amenity enhances the overall appeal of my stay, combining comfort with eco-conscious services.

Woke up up in the middle of the night to use the washroom, couldn’t open the door because it locked itself and won’t open, called front desk, they came up to open it but the couldn’t, they said “maintenance will start working at 9 AM", so i had to go from out floor 15 all the way down to floor 2 to use the public washroom. All the sleep in the world was gone by then! the heater in our room was old school and it was super loud and squeaky so had to keep it off over night while we were going through an arctic outflow. With all that, no acknowledgment whatsoever from the staff…could’ve done something about it but hey, first world problems!

All things are good, just there may be some wanders nearby

No water boiler in the room is bad. The coffee maker is unclean.

The people at the front desk were very helpful and polite as well as the cleaning staff. Would stay here again. Make sure you pay for parking with the hangTag app or ask the front desk for parking

The location of this hotel is great for visitors.

The hotel is not new but the location is excellent with everything you need around the corner. The suite I stayed is so spacious although I feel the carpet a bit old.

Hotel was located right downtown and staff were friendly + helpful. Great location but like in any city centre you can expect sirens throughout the night. We would definitely stay again.

The pool should be open all the time or at least later... I mean you go to town to go around and see places. After a long day, you want to be in the hot tub to relax. It would be nice if they open it all the time...

Thanks for your great hospitality. Staff and everyone are very nice. I gave 5 stars because of the services. I enjoyed views from the top floor with balcony.

The location is perfect, walking distance to downtown, and a lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby. The gym is amazing, really love it. The front desk is very helpful. But the cleaning ladies just ignored the cleaning sign out of our door for 3 days and pretending not seeing that, not to make our room until we complained about it to the front desk.
