The amenities are not available. Dinner and breakfast buffet was all cold. During buffet they do not provide a la carte. The property is not at all maintained and is unclean and smelly.

The duty manager was extremely helpful and provided us with amazing experience right from start of my stay. From the moment I arrived, there warm welcome set the tone for what would be an unforgettable stay. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. Whether it was accommodating special requests or providing recommendations, The staff went above and beyond to make my stay truly exceptional.

日本のホテルの水準と同じレベルです。 周辺にはマクドナルド、バーガーキング、スターバックスコーヒーなどのチェーン店があるので、食事には困らないと思います。ホテルのレストランも日本人でも食べられるレベルの辛さです。

Wonderful hospitality..... cooperative staff.Alfaz , Khushboo , Sandeep and Juzar for wifi . delicious food... beautiful ambience...loved the stay here......................Thanx ITC................ excellent and fast house keeping service.

The Mocktails which are crafted very well by ANARAM for eg pomegranate margarita (in photo). Apart from other team members are fabulously working on continuous improvement of the restaurant. I see the food & experience is continuously growing in daily basis (as i visit Zodiac 2-3 times a week) The lost of words couldn't appreciate more...

Good experience in Vapi! I had a comfortable stay in a clean and well-maintained room. The breakfast buffet offers both Indian-style and Western-style options. To add one last thing, Subhasis, Akanksha, Arwa and Suraj are friendly staffs and support me during wy stay.

Amazing food and service. The staff is very nice. We were served by Mr. anaram and he provided us with amazing service. Highly recommended. The buffet had a huge variety. Even the rooms are amazing and the staff has a prompt response to all our needs or issues if any

Narendra kumar, Kuldeep and the chef were amazing. They helped with my food preferences and went out of their way to help. Nothing fancy but does the job with courteous staff and clean rooms! Overall a good business hotel for a short stay in Vapi.

"Their restaurant, Zodiac, serves some of the best food I’ve ever had—flavourful yet prepared with less oil and spices, without compromising on taste, and in fact, better than many other places. The staff, especially Narendra and his team, were consistently attentive and helpful. I would like to sincerely thank them for their excellent service."

One of the best hotels in this area. Delicious food, considerate staff, clean hotel rooms. Everything was in place. Mr. Narender was very helpful and made our dining experience very comfortable. Highly recommend each and everyone to visit this place!!
