Good location Decent rooms with big beds which can easily accommodate 3 Clean bathroom Restaurant serves good tasty food We did not have breakfast as there are plenty of places in Benaras to satiate the taste buds Very helpful staff and does everything possible to make the stay comfortable The only con, no balcony in the rooms Try to arrange for sightseeing on your own or by asking locals

We did stay 4 nights in Jan 2023 . We did like our room , location is good not far from the river , we took a day tour that was good and they took us to the airport for 950 . They have a restaurant too , we did eat there or order room service

Worst hotel .room service worst.pani tak dene me ghanta lagate he. Jo room dene ka commit karte he vo naa dekar chota room dete he. Don't book Staff non co operative Breakfast included tha to bhi ***a kar diya ki nahi he breakfast

It was a really good stay and i would like to visit again and try to recommend other again. The hotel staff was very vell organized and cooperative and i haven't felt any kind of discomfort here at any time.

Very centrally located hotel, good services, clean and tidy. Good breakfast. ***ager Shiva is very helpful and can be at your disposal to solve all problems and to organize necessary transfers, excursions etc. Near Tulsi Ghat, with ***y shops and restaurants nearby. Highily recommended accomodation in Varanasi Laura - Milan, Italy

It's was a pleasant stay at the hotel . I stayed with family. Very near to Assighat & tulsighat. It's walkable to the ghat. Thank You for the comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff is very good

Varanasi is a wonderful place but can be overwhelming at times. We were happy to stay at Varanasi Heritage hotel, close to Assi Ghat. Here, you'll certainly enjoy a good rest. The rooms are neat, quiet and clean and well equipped with AC, fridge, safe, etc. Matras is also very good. At a sudden moment, there was a power outage in the neighborhood because of stormy weather outside. Luckily, the emergency generator kicked in. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good price/quality ratio overall. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Varanasi.

This Hotel is very near to Ghat and hotel is very neat and clean. All the staff is very cooperative and humble. It is also very economical. It is very convenient location and you can take E-Rickshaw and also car comes in front of hotel.

The hotel is accessible by taxi and within easy walking distance to 2 ghats. You can walk to the famous ghats or take an auto rickshaw. The hotel staff are very attuned to their guests’ needs. I would without reservation, recommend this hotel to Varanasi visitors.
