We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel and had a excellent experience . Room decor , hotel ambience and facilities and quality of food are very good . Would like to specially mention names of Adil and Shahrukh who were very helpful all through out .

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. A very well maintained hotel. The hotel is located about 5 km from Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple. The travel desk in the hotel could give us all the necessary information and also met our transport requirements during our stay. The staff in the hotel are friendly and well behaved. Excellent stay.

Conveniently located to all the important spots in the city. The Hotel has a Warm welcoming feel, everyone from the security to the restaurant staff , the reception and also the housekeeping was not only professional and efficient but were hospitable and well ***nered. Kudos to the hotel ***agement! Big thanks from all of us. We are definitely coming back!

Very nice and personalized service from the waiters and especially rl Mr. Aaldi and the Chef Mr. Monu and Mr. Ravi. My wife and I are very grateful for the help provided by the waiters because she was sick and they helped her. thank you. In general, the hotel is very clean and the laundry workers were very friendly and had your clothes clean in two hours.

We enjoyed staying in hotel all 3 days. I met Mr. Aadil at restaurant. His behavior is wonderful. He took care of both of us as a family member. His extraordinary behavior is remarkable. Mr. Aadil was also mentioned by my brother in law Mr. Pratul Shahdeo from ranchi, jharkhand, who stayed here few months back.

Don't be misled by numerous glowing reviews about the quality of the hotel. Do your research before deciding to stay, or you'll discover firsthand from your own experience! Here's my encounter: I booked the hotel online through their official website. Customers are charged Rs. 401. Due to an issue with the GPay app, a duplicate booking occurred, and I was charged twice the booking amount. I had to go through a series of phone calls and emails with the property ***ager and their website support team to have this issue addressed. Otherwise, I was told by the Property ***ager, Mr. Prem Kumar, that I would be charged twice. He was reluctant to assist, stating that the online support team is separate, and I must contact them directly, despite my explanation that their contact details were not provided anywhere on the website or confirmation email other than the hotel number. Later, he did follow up with their support team on an email I wrote. After a long day's journey, I checked in late at night around 12 midnight, and to my greatest disappointment, I found that the hotel does not qualify to be a star hotel at all. The cheap and old front desk with damaged interiors, the darkness without proper lighting in the front hall, the restaurant's food smell with no proper air circulation, the old lifts, and the guest rooms without proper windows left me deeply disturbed. I couldn't stay there. I'm simply not accustomed to staying in such places, hence the reason for choosing a restaurant of 4 stars or above quality, paying over 10K for a one-night stay. Look at the pictures of the hotel, nicely facaded and carefully chosen, hiding all the negative details. Several good reviews conceal the facts, tricking unsuspecting customers who truly believe what a good hotel looks like. In any case, I returned to the front desk and expressed my concerns to the ***ager on duty, Mr. Alok. He was very kind, understood my issue, and shared his empathy. Now left without a reservation late at night, I walked down the street to try my luck finding a decent hotel with my family still sitting in the cab, exhausted after our 12-hour road journey since early morning. The staff at Clarks said there was no availability. I then walked down to Hotel Madin, where I luckily found a room, albeit having to pay 14K for an ordinary room.

We stayed here for two nights. The experience was excellent except for the Internet which was very very slow. I hope they fix it soon. Location is very good and food is tasty. The hotel is kept very tidily and inviting. The best experience was after we checked out when we accidentally forgot our computer power cord in the room and went to the airport. When I called from the airport they promptly sent it within 30 minutes to the airport through courier. Awesome customer service. The one practice of the hotel I didn’t like is that they write the room number on the key card which is a safety concern because if you lose your key anywhere on the property someone can enter your room and steal your belongings. Fortunately there is no hotel name on the key card which removes any concern if you lose the key outside the property.

This is a great hotel. Service is exvellent. Aadil is one of the best servers. Breakfast is good as is the restaurant. An added plus is that the shops are wonderful with good prices. I really enjoyed my stay here. India is a magical place with wonderful people.
