hôtels avec excellente position près du centre, du port et de la plage. Petit-déjeuner excellent et différent de la normale. Chaque matin, il y a quelque chose de nouveau dans le petit déjeuner. Il y a des choix de nourriture plus sain même si vous voulez. Nous remercions Genia pour son hospitalité et son aide.

Excellent location and facilities. It's right next to the beach and also the main street with the restaurants and bars etc. The rooms were really nice and quite spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. They all spoke English. Nice buffet breakfast. They even offer free beach towels!

We stay at this hotel from October 1 to October 6. A couple of friends. Although a beautiful and clean boutique hotel, the service is not good. There are stairs at the entrance, stairs to the elevator and no one to help take luggage. Really shameful. In the dining room there is one waiter who is not enough to fill the gaps in the buffet anyway, which is not worthy of 5 stars. very poor You have to wait and ask for eggs or a sandwich from the menu. Tomato, cucumber, or cheese butter. Sometimes there is nothing and you have to wait for it to be brought to your table. Really not worthy of 5 stars. We were very disappointed. The lobby is really nice but there is no air conditioning. I will not come back here. Definately not

Cet hôtel vaut un 4 étoiles : - lit dur et sans sur matelas (le confort est trop important pour être négligé et ce, dans toutes les chambre, même si la mienne avait été l’exception) - petit déjeuner sucré très incomplet - salle de sport très simple Cependant, les points très positifs : - situation de l’hôtel (15 m du centre commercial, de l’aéroport et des principaux monuments) - personnel accueillant qui se plie en 4 pour vous aider - service en chambre (repas) très peu cher et très bien Pour info : - chambre 409 pour 4 nuits. - il faut passer par l’accueil ( porte à gauche de l’accueil blanche) pour pouvoir accéder au bar , puis continuer tout droit et tourner à droite DANS le restaurant pour pouvoir déjeuner !

Great hotel, fab staff, and secure underground parking. First-class breakfast. Perfect location. I am very impressed. we have stayed here a few times and all the staff remember us and treat us like family. So good we keep coming back. possibly the best breakfast in Varna,

Das Hotel ist sehr günstig und die Duschen sind schön kräftig und schnell warm, was nicht überall in Bulgarien der Fall war. Auch die Minibar im Zimmer hat diverse Snacks, wenn man spät ankommt und nichts mehr offem hat ist das super. Leider endet die gute Bewertung hiermit. Das Zimmer und das ganze Hotel ist extrem veraltet. Das schlimmste war der starke Gestank nach abgestandenem Rauch im Zimmer. Ich bin selbst auch Raucherin, aber dieser Geruch im Schlafzimmer geht gar nicht. Der Fussboden war zudem sehr klebrig, fast wie in einem Club. Die Gegend ist eher verlassen, ich kam u. ca. 21:30 an und es gibt nirgends einen Laden oder ein Restaurant. Ich habe 2 Nächte gebucht, bin aber nach 1 Nacht in ein nur wenig teureres Hotel näher am Stadtzentrum, welches hervorragend ist. Wenn einen den Rauchgeruch nicht stört und für eine Nacht ist es okay, aber ich bezahle lieber CHF 20.- mehr und habe dafür eine freundlichere, angenehmere Unterkunft.

J ai trouve l hôtel Astor Garden en recherchant un hôtel qui accepte les chiens. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses avec un balcon confortable et une jolie vue. j ai été au 4 étage et j ai demande un balcon avec protection en verre ,pas métallique car j ai craigne pour mon petit chien. Dans la chambre il y a tous le nécessaire voir une grande bouteille d eau fournie gracieusement. Petite remarque les coussins sont pas confortables et il n y a des Kleenex Le petit déjeuner était copieux et change chaque jour. Malheureusement je n ai pas pris la demi pension, mais je le ferrai la prochaine fois. L hôtel a un restaurant a la carte Le Monti ou il y a une réduction sur le menu mais attention il faut demander une carte pour le discount a la réception. Juste en face de l hôtel se trouve aussi le restaurant de la villa Chinka qui font une réduction de 5 %pour les clients de l Astor Garden. Les clients de l hôtel ont l entrée gratuite 1/2 journée au Aqua therme , centre thermal avec 14 piscines et les traitements ont une réduction de 15 % pour les clients. Astor Garden.Pour aller au centre thermal il faut juste le rejoindre par le jardin de l hôtel. un petit remarque la note finale est en bulgare et j ai pu remarquée une erreur juste par les montants , donc impossible de vérifier. j ai préciser que j ai bu une bière et un vin pour les payer car je n ai pas laisse les femmes de chambre rentre dans la chambre que 2 fois .Lors de mon départ quand j étais déjà dans la voiture la réception a envoyé un garçon pour m indiquer que je dois payer une bière et j indique que je l ai paye car celle de la poubelle de la chambre c était une acheté au magasin a cote .Je n ai pas du tout apprécie cette attitude, même si c était vraie je suis restée dans l hôtel Astor Garden 9 nuits dans les chambres de luxe. l Hôtel a aussi un piano bar avec un personnel très accueillant. Je regrette que mes moyens de communications étaient restreints car étant francophone ,il n y avait personne pour communiquer et en anglais c était difficile pour moi .Je reviendrai surement au moi d avril

The hotel is very central, looks nice from the outside & foyer, and the room was a good size & kept clean. That’s where the good stuff ends! The first morning we were woken up by the cleaner banging on the door for room service at 0830!!! We put the do not disturb sign on after that but they shouldn’t be there at 0830. The pool area looks nice but the whole time there is banging music playing so not relaxing. The lifts are few and small so you routinely have to wait ages for a lift. The real let down was the food. The restaurant caters for Middle Eastern guests who must like their food cold - Everything was cold! Breakfast was especially bad - cold eggs, pancakes, omelettes, the list goes on! Even to get toast was a challenge - 2 toasters were so low powered it generally took 4 passes to get bread looking brown! Each morning I left breakfast angry and still hungry. The hotel clientele is predominantly from the Middle East which I have no problem with, but if the hotel, supposedly a 5 Star hotel, are unable to provide hot, even warm, food then I would advise any British tourists to stay away
