Hotel Alpenrose Wellness

Located approximately 15 minutes from the highway in a very relaxing area, you will find this great hotel. Very nice staff, good food, a clean room will give you a good time. The swimming pool(s) inside and outside will give good energy. The rooms are newly renovated and have great beds. A place I can really recommend!

We have stayed here twice before and this time did not disappoint either. Such a nice family atmosphere. It almost feels like you are staying in someone's home (someone you like :) .... You can also hear the local church bells nearby 3-4 times a day in the valley. I'll be glad when we can start serving ourselves breakfast again. They had a great crew in the breakfast area to help you though. Make sure you go up in the mountains nearby and see many of the villages and towns within 30-45 minutes away. Beautiful small lakes and villages are around you can visit, walk and eat in while traveling. if you cycle, you will have fun. I don't and still enjoy visiting the area. Nice housekeeping staff too. Very helpful staff here.

To be honest, the top rating reviews of this hotel must be a joke. The room, bed and bathroom was nothing extraordinary at all. It was decent I would say - except from the bed that were a little short. The breakfast were supposed to open at 7:00 AM, but 7:10 we were met by a man without a smile on his face who told that we had to come back 10 minutes later. When we were allowed to enter the restaurant, we had to point on each food we would like to have on the plate - which by the way was the smallest plate ever. I guess it was to be a perfect match with the plastic glass that could held as much as approx. 1 dl juice. You also better be a fan of cheese and ham, for this is more or less the only thing you will find which is associated with what to expect in a breakfast. I could probably have ignored all this if it had not been for the ruthless staff at the hotel. Having to get up at 6:00 the next day, it was about time to hit the bed at 23:00. But that turned down to be easier said than done with an ongoing disco downstairs. I can promise that the isolation in this hotel is not of a standard that makes a disco compatible with hotel guests that are thinking about having a good night of sleep. Trying to be patience we waited a while before going downstairs to ask if they please could turn down the volume a bit. They promised to do so, but no effect from this at all when we came back to the room. Half an hour later we called the reception, and this time I tried to make it very clear with regards to the volume. Once more they said apologize and that they were going to turn down the volume, but a few minutes later the music was played louder then ever. I have travelled a lot over many years, but this is actually my very first review on Tripadvisor. But this time I refuse to stay silent, and you should consider wether you enjoy really loud disco music or not when trying to sleep. I for sure don’t.

Incredible value in the beautiful Dolomites. This family owned hotel has a first class spa , outstanding dinners and attentive staff. A testament to the experience is that fact that you meet many of the same guests year after year. Great memories that will definitely bring us back again and again.

I can't compliment everyone at Alpenrose strongly enough! Everything - EVERYTHING - was perfection. The rooms, the food, the spa, the pool...but especially the Giacomelli family! So warm and gracious and attentive and helpful. They make everyone feel like family. I highly recommend a visit soon! Now that travel restrictions are being lifted, go ahead and plan that holiday...at Hotel Alpenrose!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a conduzione famigliare dove la cordialità e l’attenzione agli ospiti e’ sicuramente un valore aggiunto La ns camera tripla era un po’ datata situata nella dependance ma servita da ascensore Il centro benessere molto grande e ben organizzato con piscina , saune e bagno turco Nota di merito anche alle zone relax Cucina casalinga ma curata e ottimi piatti Consigliato

Un ottimo Hotel situato in un paesino tranquillo ma strategico per raggiungere le zone più turistiche della zona. Noi abbiamo avuto una stanza appena restaurata e con arredamento studiato bene e nuovissimo, molto spaziosa perfetta per 2 adulti e un bimbo dotata di ogni comfort e dal bagno bello grande. Della zona spa ho apprezzato il fatto della concessione mattutina all accesso alla splendida piscina per famiglie con bambini: ottima soluzione per divertirsi in famiglia senza disturbare chi viene per rilassarsi (pomeriggio). Menzione speciale per Anna la ragazza che si è occupata di farmi uno splendido massaggio, super carina, gentile, professionale e attenta al mio stato di gravidanza. Le persone dovrebbero essere un Valore aggiunto ad una struttura già ottima e lei lo è davvero! Cena e colazione molto semplici ma buone in linea con lo standard dell' hotel. Siamo stati bene e lo terremo sicuramente in considerazione per futuri soggiorni!

Ottima posizione, facile da raghiungere, area benessere a dir poco favolosa e personale gentilissimo. Le camere superior sono nuove e curate in ogni dettaglio. Ottima cucina. Insomma ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
