BATHROOMS - There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached and 1 common. - The common bathroom is on the ground floor. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room seats 15 people comfortably. - It is equipped with a music system. - The dining room seats up to 6 people. - There is a 7000 sq. ft. lawn with a gazebo. - It can accommodate more than 100 guests. - There are over a 1000 trees planted in the lawn. - There is a terrace that offers comfortable seating for up to 20 people.
