Avis : H o t e l S A N G A L L O

Upon check-in I was told I had a room in the “annex.” It turns out it was just an entrance on the side of the building - no big deal! The room was immaculately clean and perfectly fine for what I needed. The gentleman who checked me in took me to the room, explained about the plethora of keys needed to enter the different doors, and showed me how to use the air con.  The room has few amenities and was small, but slightly better than I expected, to be honest. There were slippers and a nice shower.  The location was great - very short walk everywhere.  I actually tried to extend my stay but the hotel was sold out for the next 2 days. I would definitely stay again.

位置不錯，離廣場非常近，但衞生間空間小，舊房子。窗外無任何視野，是對面房子的牆。

工作人員非常親切，一起考慮第二天旅遊計劃。贈送的餅乾也很開心！因為沒有電梯，所以對有大行李的人來説可能會有點累。

乾淨衞生 雖然設施老舊 但還可以

11月上旬入住三天威尼斯聖家洛酒店。正如不少遊客留言誇讚，酒店乾淨整潔、古香古色，還有免費自煮咖啡。特別是距離各個主要景點非常近，非常近，可謂近在咫尺！而我在這裏特別要誇讚酒店前台一位黃小姐！對我這個基本不會英語且又是獨自一人的自由行者來説，我感謝那位文靜漂亮的意大利籍華人女孩黃小姐！來到酒店前台，發現工作人員是華人面孔，便問她可以中文交流嗎？雖然黃小姐是意大利人，但一口流利的華語和我交流真是讓我喜出望外！黃小姐耐心熱情，在地圖上用彩色筆認真仔細的告訴了我如何去機場、水路怎麼走，大巴怎麼走，票價多少，用時多少，水上巴士怎麼購票，怎麼乘坐。這些對於我來説真的很重要！頓時覺得心裏踏實許多，心情無比愉悦😊😊😊在此，我要向黃小姐再次致以誠摯的感謝！也希望和我一樣的自由行者在威尼斯選擇入住聖家洛酒店。相信你們會和我一樣，幸運的遇到那位熱情可愛的黃小姐！
