Al Segnavento

Text: We stayed in the apartment building, on the ground floor, next to the restaurant. The farm with its scenery is beautiful. Their hospitality is very good. We had new year dinner and it was very stylish food but no atmosphere (no music). The first day we arrived and didn’t have hot water. We emailed the next morning and it was fixed. During the next 2 days we kept catching spiders throughout the house and when making up our own beds (because this is bed and breakfast) we noticed there was a lot of dust coming out from underneath the mattress (our kids allergic to dust). By New Year’s Eve 31 December 2022 we had realized that it wasn’t the case of normal farm lifestyle but that of a very very bad cleaning problem so we went to the reception told the owner (I assume it was) that the apartment is not clean and we would like it to be cleaned. It turned out a big misunderstanding namely they understood we just asked for a little change of towels and barely vacuum because I believe they do not ever use the mop. We did not insist because there is an obvious way they do cleaning and that is at the very most superficial and sloppy. We will let the pictures and videos explain. During check out, we were asked to pay 20 euros for the extra cleaning. I tried to explain there was a misunderstanding and that we did not ask for extra cleaning but for cleaning (basic moping and proper vacuum). I wanted to show the owner or whoever she was the videos I have but I was too upset. In return she got upset and said that we received the apartment in perfect condition. I then realized there is a different definition of cleaning between us with a housekeeping background and them. I was told not to pay the 20 euros. (Not to mention that when we opened all windows it was full of spider eggs and webs (again, never cleaned). The pictures show the toilet, underneath the bed, behind the heaters, underneath the microwave table and the dust that came out when doing the bed I couldn’t capture but you get the picture.

Ho soggiornato una notte in questa struttura e mi sono trovato bene. Ambiente raffinato e curato nei dettagli, immerso in una zona molto tranquilla.Camera accogliente e pulita, il materasso e il cuscino mi sono risultati un po' "scomodi" perche' troppo morbidi per i miei gusti. La ditta per cui lavoro ha scelto questa struttura per la cena aziendale e devo fare i complimenti allo chef...piatti curati e molto buoni. Ottima anche la colazione. Lo consiglio!

Stupendo!! Abbiamo utilizzato il mio regalo di compleanno per una cena ed è stato fantastico. Personale cortese, cibo ottimo e location stupenda. Io menù sorpresa ha fatto il suo effetto, vino ottimo e sommelier preparatissimo. Ci torneremo

La struttura ricettiva ha uno squisito stile inglesizzante. C'è molta cura nei dettagli ed anche nel servizio sia per quanto attiene la struttura vera e propria che per l'attenzione al servizio di colazione. Ottimo anche il ristorante sia per i piatti che per il servizio. Consono alla location il conto.

Esperienza meravigliosa abbiamo soggiornato una notte per star in compagnia dei nostri ospiti che venivano da lontano, posto immerso nel verde, camere pulite e personale gentile e disponibile.... Il menù proposto per la cresima è stato perfetto, cibo squisito e ben curato , prezzo in linea con la qualità dei piatti
