L'emplacement est génial et le petit-déjeuner est moyen et haut de gamme parmi les hôtels en Italie. La chambre d'hôtel est petite, mais c'est normal sur l'île principale de Venise.

Room was small but nice enough. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was very good. However, the temperature in the room was quite warm and we were informed that the a/c is not turned on until April. It was nice and cool outside but when we opened the windows to cool the room for sleeping, we were invaded by mosquitos!!! Difficult sleeping conditions.

I do appreciated that the hotel upgraded my room. It’s such a big, clean, quiet, and luxury room. It’s also close to the river sothat you can see the river view directly. The location is so good, you can you go anywhere by feet or by public boat. The gentle man any beautiful mrs at front desk are so…o kind, nice, patient, and friendly. They will show you all around the Venice through the map. The breakfast is also. A beautiful girl, she can say a little Chinese. I do recommend this hotel! Nothing bad.

立地もとてもよく、スタッフの方々もとても優しくて楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。アメニティも充実していて何も不満無く過ごすことができ、大満足でした。ぜひまたヴェネツィアへ行く機会があれば利用したいです。

お部屋は可愛くて観光スポット、周辺レストランも充実しており良いホテルでした！駅から歩いて20分ほどでした。フロントスタッフは親切で観光スポットを案内してくださいました！また朝食もバラエティ豊かでとても美味しかったです！！
