We are just back home and with great memories of our Italian trip. One of the highlights was our stay in the hotel in Verona. The beauty of the hotel and its rooms was only surpassed by the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. We are looking forward to returning soon to Verona and enjoying again the wonderful architecture and decoration of the hotel, the great breakfast, the exquisite cuisine, the massages at the spa and the kindness of its personnel

Just returned from Verona. This trip was planned as celebration of a “Big birthday” for my husband. And what a trip it was! We were so lucky to find this hotel. Absolutely the best in Verona in its category. In the heart of the old town, just few minutes from the “Juliette’s house” . Recently have been totally rebuilt/renovated inside an old building. No expenses saved, very high quality workmanship and beautiful design. We stayed in a suite on the top floor and it was perfect. We used a spa (highly recommended after long days of sightseeing), the steam room, the pool and very relaxing massages by Alicia. Although all staff was extremely nice and professional, special thanks to David in the reception. We would go back in heart beat!

This hotel is designed with detailed perfection. Everything is beautiful. The staff was excellent and informative and we could not be happier that we chose to stay with this group having had reservations elsewhere originally. This is a luxury property that make you feel as though you are their only guest. Mossimo, Davide and Elia could not have been more wonderful. The rooms were gorgeous, they have rooftop bar for quick cocktails before a night out and a wonderful breakfast we devoured every morning! They helped make reservations at some excellent restaurants and we could not have enjoyed our stay in Verona more. We dined at Daria Ristorante & Enoteca, Osteria il Bertolda and had cocktails on the square across from the Verona Arena. we toured the castles and wandered to hearts delight in the gardens of Giusti (WHICH IS A MUST DO)!!! This is a city you can get lost in to your hearts delight just exploring! Vista Palazzo Verona made our stay perfection. We WILL be back! P.S. It is BRAND NEW!!!!

This hotel is a small gem in the heart of Verona, which itself is a gem in the middle of Italy. From the moment we arrived, we were delighted by every aspect of the hotel. The facility is perfectly situated in a quiet corner of this bustling city and close to the river. The rooms are beautifully and thoughtfully appointed with everything a guest might need and more. The staff is welcoming and extremely competent. The concierge staff were particularly knowledgeable and helpful. The staff bringing coffee to our room were quick and very pleasant. They all work together like a family welcoming you into their home and taking care of you. The rooftop bar and restaurant, which have magnificent views, served a wonderful breakfast spread every morning. But the true delight was discovering how talented the chef is. Dinner was so good the first night that we decided to go back for a second night. In all, this visit could not have been improved upon. We will certainly return to this place if we are lucky enough to be in Verona again.

We had the most exceptional stay at this hotel in Verona. From the convenient location to the impeccable service and friendly staff, our experience was truly unforgettable. The spa facilities were amazing and we absolutely loved the terrace (we suggest going during sunset). We absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Verona!

My recent stay at Vista Palazzo Verona was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's location Is Just 100 meters from Juliets house in the heart of Verona, could not have been better. The building itself is a beautifully restored palace, with elegant decor and impeccable attention to detail throughout. My room was spacious and comfortable, the staff at front desk provider US and upgrade to a superiore suite where the amenities were top-notch, including a luxurious marble bathroom and a comfortable king-sized bed with high-quality linens. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's restaurant, which served an incredible tasting menu of innovative Italian cuisine. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. The staff at Vista Palazzo Verona were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering personalized recommendations for activities and restaurants in the city. The hotel's rooftop terrace, with its panoramic views of Verona's skyline, was the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail or a morning coffee. I would highly recommend Vista Palazzo Verona to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in one of Italy's most charming cities. The hotel is at an amazing location, has great amenities, and is really beautiful and comfortable. However, it has a terrible and condenscending staff that is not very willing to help you with restaurant reservations, even ordering drinks at the hotel rooftop bar can be challeging (for one whisky sour and a glass of prosecco it took over 20 minutes to arrive and when I asked about it the response was a very condescending “it’s coming”. When I asked for help to book a restaurant in the evening I received as a response a very condescending “it will be very hard because all places should be fully booked and you might have to stay here”. What a terrible, awful experience for a hotel that charges you €1,000.00+ per night.
