L'hôtel est idéalement bien placé au bord de mer. On peut se garer assez facilement. En lien avec la réception, vous ne paierez que 5 euros par jour dans la zone bleue. Attention, il y a des marches pour accéder à la réception...difficile avec de grosses valises. L'accueil est cordial. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. De nombreux rangements. On peut regretter une toute petite fenêtre peu accessible ! Par contre la salle de bain est vieillotte, petite, sans aucun rangements, ni aucune aération. Pas du tout agréable ! Les chambres sont mal insonorisées...on bénéficie de la joie de vivre des autres clients rentrant après avoir fait le fête... Pour le petit-déjeuner, un roof top permet d'admirer la vue sur toute la plage....mais avec les températures actuelles, nous ne pouvons pas rester longtemps. Le buffet est minimaliste pour un 3 étoiles. A 9h30, plus de salade de fruit...uniquement des croissants et du pain avec de nombreuses confitures et du beurre. Quelques fruits frais mais des jus en brique. Sur les deux jours, nous avons une seule fois une tarte...mais elle était bonne. Pour cause de Covid, le personnel vous sert après avoir attendu au soleil pour passer commande...sur toute la semaine, c' est le seul hôtel qui était dans le cadre du protocole. Ce n est pas une critique mais si tous les clients stationnent sans masque les uns à coté des autres....autant se servir . Enfin, un grand geste commercial en partant ! J'ai déclaré avoir consommé 2 bouteilles d'eau de 50 cl...j ai donc payé 3 euros ! Un total de 300 € pour deux jours pour deux personnes avec chambres + 10 € de stationnement et 3 euros d'eau... Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel.

What a wonderful hotel. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived . Davide ( manager?) was so charming and helpful. The breakfast on the roof terrace was delicious . A choice of Italian pastries , hams and salamis, hard boiled egg, fresh fruit salad the best blood orange juice ever coupled with freshly made ( to order) coffee and tea made for a memorable start to the day. Carmen , Giacamo and GianCarlo welcomed us with a smile and helped, very patiently, with our attempts to order in Italian . We appreciated their kindness immensely. Another highlight was collecting a glass of wine from the bar down stairs and sitting on the roof terrace to watch the sun set over the sea, as recommended by Davide. The terrace has a glorious view of the mountains behind and the sea straight in front. An idyllic setting. The hotel its self was spotlessly clean. Immediately opposite are many shops and restaurants . Even though we were there early October and many had closed for the winter there were still plenty to choose from. Fiona and Freyja

First impression is somehow modest. Still, you get used to it and then you see that it is clean (I believe they are changing the sheets every other day), the staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is good, next to the beach (you would better choose Bagno Amore instead of what they recommend - even with the discount - Bagno Elisabetta - a bit cheaper and more space next to the water to play). If the weather is nice, the breakfast is on the roof (which is super nice). Some enhancements could be done: a more diversely breakfast, management could see some things that need to be addressed such as part self service breakfast to reduce frustration, shower space and shower hose not only shower head, extra space in the bathroom for toothbrush, nicer light fixtures and so on. All in all, the price is fair for what you get.

Thank you for making our short stay with you so enjoyable. We booked through Bookings.com for two nights for my wife, two grandchildren and myself and really it was not long enough to enjoy the full benefits of this lovely seaside resort. The accommodation in Viareggio is a little more expensive than the surrounding area, but well worth it. Everyone at this hotel was pleasant from the time of our arrival until leaving. We were advised in advance that we would by allocated a top floor room overlooking the sea which was breathtaking. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace, in the shade, and our choice was brought to our table. There was a good selection of items to choose from, and we could return for more food and drinks as required. We reserved four bikes upon arrival and were able to cycle along the promenade as far as we were able to pedal, before turning back. (All on the level on a cycle path.) A lovely hotel in an ideal location and hope to return.

The room was a bit basic and we thought a bit of a refurbishment was due.Breakfast is served on the roof terrace and served by the staff, this is the only time it's in use for any kind of service. Our room was to the side but one of the bars across the road played very loud music from early evening until around midnight. Rooms were cleaned to a very good standard, all the staff are very friendly

Very helpful and friendly staff. The night porter was a great help in finding us somewhere open for food when we arrived from the airport late after a delayed flight. Rooms and hotel were spotless. Slept very well as bed was so comfortable! Good location, only approx 15 minutes walk from the centre of viarragio but plenty still close by. Also only 25 minutes walk from the train station. Only fault would be the walls between rooms are a bit thin. Overall would recommend.

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 9 nights at the hotel. We had a room with a view over the sea. It was fantastic 🤩 The room was cleaned every day and we got new towels everyday, so it was very clean. The breakfast at the terrace was just great. The best service, nice staff and everything was just great. The breakfast was fantastic in the best environment🇮🇹 We got a lot of good help from the hotel staff, so the say for us was really good. We will come back👍

Ottima soluzione per godersi il carnevale di Viareggio essendo nel percorso della sfilata dei carri senza dover pagare il biglietto. Parcheggio con convenzione per parcheggiare sul lungo mare nelle strisce blu (richiesta in reception). Camere essenziali arredare con cura, grande terrazza solarium vista mare, colazione di qualità e personale eccellente.
