L'emplacement est bon, le petit déjeuner est bon, la chambre est tout à fait unique et le rapport qualité/prix est très élevé. Il n'y a pas de siphon de sol dans la salle de bain et la pomme de douche n'est pas fixée au mur, ce qui rend la prise de bain peu pratique.

L'atmosphère de l'hôtel était très bonne. La dame à la réception était également très sympathique. Si j'ai l'occasion d'y retourner, j'aimerais revenir dans cet hôtel si c'est moins cher.

Very convenient location.

Отличная гостиница. Хорошее местоположение, близко до достопримечательностей. Всё чисто, уютно. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. К уборке нареканий не было. Нам понравилось, обязательно вернёмся.

Très bon. Un peu rococo au point de vue décoration. Très bien situé et le centre ville est à peu de distance en Tram. Il est regrettable qu’il n’y ai pas de petits déjeuners, mais il y a les commerces qu’il faut très très proche tel que DERMANN pour les pâtisseries et HONU pour les boissons chaudes et des jus de fruits délicieux

This hotel, with vast rooms as expected in an old establishment, is overpriced given the condition of our room. There was no kettle etc to make a cup of tea in the room. The main criticism however was that the curtains, to windows facing the morning sun, simply did not fit together, as is even suggested in the photo used as an advertisement. This meant one woke at dawn and could also be seen by anyone in the street looking up if one thoughtlessly dressed close to them. A really basic error to have utterly inadequate curtains!

My partner and I stayed for 5 nights at the Hotel-pension Baronesse. Great position, very nice rooms, they could do with a bit more cleaning… However, the best bit was the Receptionist Yaroslav (I hope I have got your name right). He has been very professional, kind and has given us many tips in the surrounding area for food, things to see/do. I have been a Hotel manager for many years, If I were on your management team I would have given you a promotion straight away, thank you!

This hotel is unassuming from the outside, but we were surprised when we got to our room. It has a romantic vibe to it and clean. The location is good as we only have to walk to some of the attractions that we want to visit. The tram is also nearby and it is only a minute walk to our favorite Italian restaurant, Via Toledo.

The room is very nice, very elegantly decorated. We love the fact that it is a walking distance to a lot of places we wanted to visit. Lots of restaurants nearby. We also love our room that we can just look outside our window and just people watch. The only thing I didn't like is that we have to go downstairs to get our coffee and or tea and we have to pay for it. No free coffee?! This is supposed to be Vienna and is famous for their great coffee but aside from that, a very good experience.

Great value, spotlessly clean, City centre location I can't fault it was for anyone that wants to visit Vienna, we will be going back to stay when visiting Vienna again, Central location, great access to public transport

Photos show you large rooms …they insist on their four star rating … we wonder where they were. We were given a double bedroom with just enough space for a small bedside table on one side of the bed. No space at all on the other side. Rooom was one double bed. One bedside table. One ikea cupboard. One desk and one chair. Uncomfortable cheap lighting. You hear all the noise from people in the corridor and all the noise in the inner courtyard from 6 am. We told the receptionist straightaway. She forwarded our mail to the owner …. Of course no reply from them

Lovely place for a relaxed stay in central Vienna. The building has an old world charm with modern comforts. Staff are very helpful and the buffet breakfast downstairs is great value. Would definitely stay again.
