Excellent service du personnel, très sympathique et serviable. L'emplacement est génial, très proche de tout et très accessible. J'ai vraiment apprécié.

Excellent emplacement, à distance de marche de la plupart des principales attractions. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très sympathique et serviable. Le petit déjeuner était bon avec un membre du personnel très sympathique saluant tout le monde et les faisant se sentir spéciaux. Je reviendrais dans cet hôtel.

The breakfast is good and the staff is very nice.  The location of the hotel is at the centre of Vienna and easy to go everywhere.

The hotel is in the perfect location for all the major sites. Everything is walkable. There are a vast selection of eateries close by to suit every pocket. The Plachutta’s  Neu Markt (next door) serves the best Wiener Schnitzel …especially  if you don’t want to walk far after a late arrival.  The hotel itself is very clean and functional. The Reception staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Ask for a high floor to avoid any late night street noise. Note: the cathedral bells toll at 7am for early Mass but for us it added to our stay in the heart of this stunning city.

Location location location, perfect central location where you get all those actions in seconds, shops, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, very convenience to access. Decent size room for Vienna city center standard, enough to open suitcase, big size bed is comfy, you get nice city view through the window.
