Near 2 U Bahn. Correct breakfast if coffee machine is faster and and some cheese. On the TV, no French channels. I had to connect my own TV stick with Wolotov. There was no restaurant on the hotel and none near by. No shopping facility or grocery store.

We were 11 friends and stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The reception area is a bit small and the hotel doesn't have a great facade. It's part of a building. The rooms are comfortable with all necessary amenities. The breakfast didn't have Vegetarian options , but thanks to the lady in the restaurant who was kind enough and made necessary arrangements for baked beans and potatoes. A pleasant stay.

A nice hotel a bit far from the city center but close to two metro stations, on a side street with restaurants, pizza restaurants and close to the famous amusement park Prater. Our room was small but clean, quiet and with all the amenities. Breakfast was good enough, a good variety of cold cut and warm products, even smoked salmon and sparkling wine on some days. Not great cookies though and the room was small and needs some updating.

It was the second time I stayed in this hotel and I hope this was not the last one. Friendly and helpful receptionists, cozy rooms and wide variety of choices regarding the breakfast :) The Prater is only just 5 minutes walk from the hotel, but you can jump on a metro and walk around the city. The U1 metro stop is also a 5 minute walk from there and you can reach the main attractions of Vienna (Stephensplatz, Karlskirche) in half an hour with this metro line. The beds in the rooms are amazing, I’ve always wanted to get back here to sleep in these kinds of beds! The cleaning service is super, the smell of the rooms are fantastic, so fresh and clean! I recommend this hotel!

I had a very good stay at this hotel. I found all the staff to be friendly, a special shout out to the team who serviced my room every day!. The room was functional and delivered to my needs - it was excellent in terms of value for money. Breakfast was always a bit of a highlight - generally the same spread but there were minor variations day to day - there was a good range of options, both hot and cold. I struggled a little with the location - I enjoyed the 30 minute walk into the centre of the city each morning (I was there in good weather) and, as others have mentioned, the U1 line is only 5 minutes away. But it's not the most glamorous of locations - although I never felt unsafe walking from or back to the hotel and there were plenty of local residents out on the streets.

Was told free breakfast on site and making reservation, but was charged for 4 breakfasts. I only ate at cafe twice and twice just went in for a cup of coffee. I was in Vienna to visit a former foreign exchange student and her family. She came the first night to pick me up. They wouldn't give her my room number or connect her to my room. She called me and I came down to meet her. We were going to run back up to my room to get some gifts I had brought from USA and the desk clerk screamed at us that I only paid for a single room and no one else was allowed to stay. I said we were just going to the room a couple minutes and he yelled that he was adding $30 to my room fee. I have never been so embarassed.

The hotel is situated in an area which is behind a main road and is a residential mix of apartments, shops, a few cafes, bars and restaurants. It’s not a smart area but felt safe. The room was basic, the price I suppose was reasonable- it’s not fancy but the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the bed comfy and the shower worked well. It’s a 7-8 minute walk to the metro so not long to get into the city centre. We found a decent cafe for breakfast, just up the road (€7.00) and a Serbian restaurant towards the river Danube for a “cheap as chips” meal with beer and a wonderful bread. Well worth a try. There’s other more traditional Austrian restaurants in the other direction too. So overall the situation of the hotel is pretty good. We found Francesco on reception particularly helpful. In

The location is a little out of the way, but the train station is close by. The room was huge and the cleanliness was spot on. I felt 12 euros for breakfast was a little steep. There's a sauna free to use in the basement and gym. Would stay again.
