La chambre était grande, spacieuse et propre, donc j'ai bien aimé qu'elle ait un grand miroir et, surtout, l'emplacement était génial, je pense que je reviendrai la prochaine fois.

Dès notre arrivée le jour de l'an, l'établissement nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et qu'ils nous rendraient 30% chaque jour pour les jours où il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude (soit pendant 3 jours) et ils ne nous ont même pas remboursé, de toute façon après l'enregistrement, nous montons et il y a des cheveux sur le lit, donc il y a un problème là aussi, en fin de compte je ne le recommande vraiment pas, le seul point positif est l'emplacement près du train et du tram qui vous amène au centre

Je me sens plutôt bien

Il y a une station de métro à côté de l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique pour entrer dans la ville. Les fenêtres peuvent être ouvertes pour la ventilation. Il est également très pratique pour sécher les vêtements. L'inconvénient est qu'il n'y a personne pour nettoyer la poubelle et qu'on ne sait pas qui chercher lorsqu'elle est pleine, et qu'il n'y a pas de personnel à la réception. Le ventilateur d'extraction de la salle de bain est cassé. Heureusement, les fenêtres de la pièce peuvent être ouvertes pour aérer, afin que la pièce ne pue pas. Il y a une petite table à manger pour manger. Dans l’ensemble, cela vaut la peine de recommander de rester. La raison principale est qu'il est pratique de sécher les vêtements pour les personnes qui doivent changer de vêtements lorsqu'elles sortent. Ce facteur environnemental est très important

Very close to M4 station. There is a supermarket next to the building. The room is very clean. The lady at the front desk is friendly and helpful.

Nice apartment just steps away from the U-Bahn station, all kinds of cooking stuff are provided. Comfortable big bed. The room is clean and big, excellent condition for a solo traveler. The hotel really relies on self-services, I did not meet a single employee, all the check-in/out work is done by yourself at the ipad in the front desk. Note that they do not provide slippers, shampoo, soap or toothbrush/toothpaste, so you better bring your own with you.

It’s so convenient and clean I will definitely come back here next time I’m in Austria

Convenient location near the metro, the rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay, the room is clean. Good value for money

Great location right to the train station very convenient. Self check-in is easy! Only one issue here is the air conditioning doesn’t work at all. We were sweat and couldn’t sleep.

I stayed at this hotel twice within just a matter of days while having medical treatments in Vienna. The 1st was from 18-27 October '24 (9 nights) then again from 03-21 November '24 (18 nights). I must say that I am quite satisfied on both occasions altho' I would have appreciated it more, had I received an added cleaning service. Having stayed that long during each visit, it was a bit disappointing that the chambermaid showed up to clean only twice during my 2nd stay!!! Other than that, it is highly recommendable due to its great location and fair price. I will definitely return again in April for my follow up treatments.

The location、kitchen、 and cleanness are good, but the shower room design is not so good. the water flew over the toilet area when getting shower.

Self check in machine at the door easy enough. Didn't need the hotel app they suggested. I was able to see all the hotel facilities and services on the website before I booked which taught me about the hotel app and the laundry app, but after I've booked I can't find these webpages anymore. The app shows I'm in the check in phase the whole time, I'm not sure if it's because I only printed 1 card key but it lets you print 3. I'm suppose to be able to open room door with the app, but it didn't work, and the card key works but takes some time to detect and unlock the door. Cheap TV from a brand called Telefunken never heard of. Meant to be a smart TV that connects to Internet with YouTube Netflix and all but it doesn't connect. Wifi has a login page so can't connect Chromecast. There's a hand wash by the sink that's also meant to be used as shampoo and body wash. Best thing about this room is the water coming out of the shower is amazingly strong you can use it like a water massage. The kitchen stove is very compact there's 2 spaces but if you use a pot a pan together it doesn't fit right. 2 supermarket across the road, but beware it's closed on Sundays. Okay location next to the train and metro station, takes about 30mins to Vienna centre. Okay place to stay if you can get it for under 100euros. There were spiderwebs at the corner of the windows and a bug crawling on the wardrobe. Room service is once a week I think. There's no safe to lock your valuables. It's not bad but there are better places with better offers if you're paying more than 100euros.
