Lovan Guesthouse

Noisy old rundown guesthouse. Lots of noisy inconsiderate Indians, some stay long period, playing loud music, talking on mobiles loudly almost all day along common corridor outside other guests rooms, talking among their group near other guests rooms late at night, and slamming of doors, going in & out of their rooms all day, don't seems like tourists, don't feel safe. 2 old grumpy Americans long stater always slamming doors on 2nd & 3rd floors. Very old, rundown place, air conditioning either leaking water, running like a loud train, blowing out hot air or not working at all. Water basin leaking,and some room taps are shooting out water sideways, water heater not working in many rooms, broken amenities, leaking roof, old and broken furniture, tiny bathroom toilet, very small room, not so clean. Owner only cares about making money and not willing to do repairs or replacements of broken, non functioning amenities in the rooms. Complaint made to owner about slamming of doors and noisy Indians but owners did nothing to address the issue. It's definitely not worth the price to stay here. There used to be some western travellers staying here in the past but not anymore because it's stressful and noisy to stay here. It's not a place to rest! Pay 50,000 or 100000kip to stay a much better place. That's not much to pay for comfort and quiet! Don't Stay here!
