Serenity at Coconut Bay-All Inclusive-Adults Only

This was our second visit to Serenity in as many years, and we would go back every year if we could. From the moment you arrive, it’s literal paradise. Everyone here goes above and beyond to make your experience perfect and memorable. Our wonderful butler, Ethan, reached out before we arrived to go through our preferences for the week and greeted us upon arrival. Our room was decorated with balloons to welcome us back which was such a cute surprise. Ethan went above and beyond all week to ensure we had everything we needed and wanted. We’d also be remiss to not thank the amazing housekeeping staff (Vaniah, Shirley, Kendall, Trisha, Tracy) for keeping our suite spotless. We loved the notes and towel art and always wondered what we would find when we got “home.” Kevin, Ray, Delon, Gemma, Lee, and Charles kept us “hydrated” all week with delicious and creative cocktails and kept us laughing at the pool and were just always so pleasant and fun to chat with. Jonathan always made sure we got one of his specials every day. A special thank you to Kevin for a great wine tasting one evening and for introducing us to St. Lucian IPAs! We loved coming back to Serenity and seeing so many familiar faces on the staff. The food is genuinely amazing, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks and bar bites. The dishes are prepared perfectly and beautifully presented every time. We had a hard time deciding what our favorite meals were because everything is so delicious. We stayed in a Premium suite this year and it was perfect for us. We loved having the large patio, outdoor shower, and seating options. The plunge pool is a great size for relaxing and floating around. Inside the room, there was plenty of space to relax and areas for storage. The bed was very comfortable, and there’s a pillow menu available to try different options if you want. (We stayed in Grande suite last year for our honeymoon and loved that suite type too. Moral of the story: you can’t go wrong with any room type here.) Serenity is a truly special place and we cannot wait to return again in the future. If you’ve read this far, do yourself a favor and go book your holiday at Serenity now.

Where to start.. This place is not only Serenity by name. Everything here is fantastic. We are relaxed and very sad to be going home. The staff are wonderful, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Food and drink (mainly cocktails!) is delicious and beautifully presented. The chefs create some wonderful meals. Shout outs to: McCarthy our Butler, he has been superb and looked after our every need, booking trips, dinner reservations, cabanas and more. Never will a hot bath be the same again! All the bar staff who make the best drinks, especially Ray (thank you for letting him watch Man Utd!), Kevin (excellent Rum night host and Spiced Rum giver!) Charles and Natoya. Our housekeeping team (Trisha, Vania, Christy) were fantastic and I loved coming back to the room to see which towel creation had appeared and what lovely messages had been left. Kerry over at the beach bar at Coconut Bay also kept us going with cocktails and smiles. THANK YOU to all of you for making this an amazing and special holiday/25th anniversary. We are now forever part of the Serenity family and hope we don't leave it too long to return!

My wife and I had an amazing time! We came to Serenity to celebrate our Honeymoon. Ethan, Cordela, George, Charles, Kevin, Ray and all of the other amazing people on Coconut Bay staff welcomed us with smiling faces and great service! They were truly amazing. The food and drinks were great. We enjoyed all of the excursions! We would 1000% recommend

The Serenity at Coconut Bay was the most AMAZING experience!! From the staff, food, drinks, entertainment, and beautiful grounds! Our butler Kert was top notch!! He went above and beyond every expectation that we had from booking our dinners, to our cabanas, even steaming my dress for dinner, surprising us with decorating our room for our anniversary to make it extra romantic, to making sure we had the most wonderful experience possible! I have never gone on a vacation and seen a staff of people who went out of their way to make sure they could help with anything and we’re so friendly to make you feel like family! One of our waitresses Cornela was another extraordinary person. She even serenaded us after our dinner. It gave me goosebumps not even knowing that she had sang our wedding song! Kevin at the outside bar was also amazing! Always making sure we had a drink in hand and talking like we had known him for years! This by far was our best vacation! Looking forward to going back next year!

What can I say? This place lives up to its name. Everyday was serene. My husband and I were there for our 1st year anniversary and were very impressed. The grounds and rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff was very friendly, and our Butler was wonderful, shout out to Davidson!! He planned all of our activities in the perfect order. After coming back from our private island tour with stops at the drive thru volcano, volcano mud bath, Piton Mountains, and botanical garden, Davidson had a nice bath prepared for us. Nice touch! The attention to detail at this resort is phenomenal. The outdoor shower, private pool, and hammock in our very own private vila was a great touch. The food was delicious, the drinks were great. It's hard to find a resort where every dish is delicious. The view from the beach cabana is breathtaking. Nica will take care of you at the beach bar. The spa is amazing, the in suite and oceanfront massages were relaxing and the massage therapists were incredible, thanks Toya!! The Sunset Cruise, was an excellent way to enjoy being on the water, to take in the sights and for getting great pictures. Shout out to the vessel crew and Kimberly for the food, music and hospitality!! Our driver, Jason, kept us safe and engaged as he took us on our excursion to the drive-thru volcano and tour of the island. If you are looking for a romantic and peaceful time this is definitely the place to be.

Took this trip for our honeymoon. It was phenomenal, from the time we arrived to the time we left. They make you feel like family and are very well with names. From the multiple bar staff around the pool, Kevin, Lee, Delon and many more keeping the drinks tasteful and cool and their ability to make you laugh and make sure you’re enjoying yourself. To the room service and house keeping from Christy and Tracy with their sweet notes daily and lovely bubbles baths. Outstanding food in the great house. We did not have one thing that was not good, it was all so delicious, some of the best if not the best food we have ever had. Our butler Davidson was amazing and was able to provide us with anything we needed and made the trip very easy for us with great excursions but a very simple relaxing itinerary. We never had to do anything from the time we arrived at the airport til the time we got back to the airport. The beach is beautiful alone with the resort at coconut bay, but the a**osphere and quality time you get to spend with your loved one at serenity is unmatched. I do highly suggest getting the romance package, it is totally worth it. We hope to come back because there is truly nothing like this place!

Sarah and I celebrated our honeymoon at Serenity at Coconut Bay and could not have had a better time. Our butler Kaisha planned a great itinerary for us that featured an awesome. blend of some really cool experiences but also the chance to just relax and soak in our first few days as a married couple. The staff definitely goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. One anecdote to share, I celebrated my birthday on the trip and the staff decorated the room with balloons and specially designed the dinner table that night in honor of my birthday as well. Sabby was our server the first night and every time we saw her the rest of the trip, she made sure to come over and just check in how our experience was going, hear about what we had done that day and just being a friendly face on the Island. The same goes for Natoya. She was always up for chatting about what excursion we had come back from or a drink we wanted to try. The towel animals were another great touch as well and we always looked forward to coming back to see what the towel animal was that day. The food and drinks were top notch and there is plenty of different options to try. We will definitely be back down the road.

We stayed at Serenity for the majority of our honeymoon. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend Serenity to any couple looking to spend some quality time together. You can have private time away from others in the killer rooms, outdoor area, and plunge pool that each suite has, but you can also socialize and enjoy activities with others at Serenity or from the broader Coconut Bay resort. Our butler, Kert, was amazing and helped us booking experiences off of the resort and anything else we needed help with. we highly recommend the private beach cabanas offered. We also had a great time snorkeling and on the ATV tour! We will certainly be back!

This resort is PHENOMENAL! We visited beginning of March 2024 for our Honeymoon and are already planning our trip back. Our favorite staff members were Ali, Kevin, Charles, Natoya, Ray, and Johnathan aka the coconut man! Ali did an excellent job as our butler, making sure that all things ran smoothly. We were not used to having someone there for us 24/7 so it was most definitely an adjus**ent but a great one. The staff by the pool, especially Kevin, kept us engaged and happy the whole time. Kevin was such a great part of the trip and the one day he was not present while we there was a boring day. All staff members at this resort did an excellent job at ensuring our trip was running smoothly. The kitchen staff was phenomenal as well, I don’t think either of us have eaten so much like we did on this trip. The true talent of the chefs is mesmerizing and that’s an understatement. This resort and the island surrounding it are beautiful beyond compare.
