L'hôtel est situé au milieu de Vigan. Tout est accessible à pied. Vigan est une petite ville de style colonial espagnol. Si vous êtes là-haut, dans le coin, cela vaut le détour. L'hôtel est propre et bien rangé. Son architecture le rend unique au Vigan. Le service était juste moyen. Les commandes ont pris une éternité, payez aussi. Comme nous devions partir tôt le lendemain matin, nous avons demandé quand le petit-déjeuner commençait. On nous a dit que le petit-déjeuner commençait à 6 heures du matin. Nous avons ensuite souligné à nouveau que nous prendrions effectivement le petit-déjeuner à 6 heures du matin. Malheureu*****t, à 6h10, il n'y avait toujours personne et aucun préparatif pour le petit-déjeuner n'était visible. Nous avons dû faire pression sur la réception le matin pour que nous voulions prendre le petit-déjeuner à l'heure. Le personnel donnait l'impression d'avoir affaire à des extraterrestres et personne ne voulait prendre le petit-déjeuner le matin. Ils ont quand même réussi à régler le problème, alors d'accord. Les chambres sont un peu vieilles, sombres et difficiles à aérer (à cause de l'architecture). Toutes les chambres disposent de la climatisation.

Very nice and Impressive hotel, strategic location with good car parking space. Center of everything such as food, tourist spot, watson, photo taking, food, souvenir and many more. Staff is friendly and caring, smile all the time and very accomodating. Smoker like me is happy as there is smoking area very near to the room (request room 206 then you would understand what I mean for smoker). Très accessible. Le personnel est très ami et 5 étoiles pour la valeur de l'argent. L'hôtel est juste devant la Plaza Salcedo. La célèbre Calle Crisologo est à quelques mètres. La chambre d'hôtel est spacieuse avec un ensemble complet de toilettes fournies.

This was our second time to visit Vigan as a family and our first time to stay at Panadores De Vigan, and we are so very glad that we did! The staff are friendly and helpful from booking all the way to our departure. They even went out of their way to find out if the local coffee shop would be open since it was a holiday when we arrived. We were greeted with warm and friendly demeanor, and we were able to check-in earlier (1245PM). It's located near some of the popular tourist spots, restaurants yet it's quiet. We also did not hear any noise coming from the other rooms or guests. Our rooms were on the second floor. They were clean, pleasant, lots of room and complete with basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, and we had the best sleep during our stay. We had a minor issue with the bathroom, but it was immediately fixed. Our breakfast was served on time as requested. Our rooms were cleaned during our stay. Just a couple of minor improvements: The water pressure in the shower could be stronger and maybe have the bathroom door fixed (we had to push it really hard for it to close). Recommendation/Suggestion: Provide a water dispenser in the room for added comfort. Two water bottles were provided for free and refilled the next day, but it would be nicer to have access to a water dispenser inside the room rather than having to buy and carry water bottles from the store whenever we went out. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay, and I definitely recommend them especially for families and big groups. By the way, they are right across the street from the famous First Sinangloa (they're open as early as 6AM). A few blocks from the public market where we bought bagnet and longganisa for our ”pasalubong”. The parking was a big plus! They have ample parking for their guests.

Soyez prudent quand vous choisissez une chambre - ma chambre était sans fenêtres, il y avait en fait une porte qui allait vers quelque chose comme un balcon, où le corps extérieur d'un climatiseur partagé pour une autre chambre était placé - elle n'a jamais éteint, donc j'ai dû la prendre comme il est : Le petit déjeuner est servi à partir de 7h, si vous êtes un oiseau tôt ou si vous devez partir plus tôt, il n'y a pas d'option pour le petit déjeuner tôt.

We just came back from our visit to Vigan, Ilocos Sur. I thought to write this review before I start to get busy with work and home chores:-) The whole staff starting with Jackie, Jo, and all others there, they made our stay like our true home. They are warm people, attentive to our needs, caring, and respectful. The Hotel kept their place clean and sanitized maintaining the historic cultural appearance of the place. They have warm water for bath and provided us with clean towels, and complete toiletries. Breakfast is included in the daily charge. If you want to ride a ”calesa,” Jo did a good job in finding us a beautiful horse (his name is ”Castanio”), sturdy and strong. Hotel Felicidad provided us with a list of places to see. The Hotel has its own big parking lot that is secured. They, too, have their own transportation that caters to tourists (upon request) to take them to shop around the Calle Crisologo sections. Their wi-fi has a strong signal. Not sure of a business center since we were there for a pleasure visit. It's best to visit the ”Calle Crisologo” in the late afternoon till the evening. The beauty of the historic houses reveals even more their meaning. Try to visit the Bell Tower, do not miss it! I highly recommend Hotel Felicidad to all. Its proximity is best to tourist attractions, restaurants, churches, bakeries, and many more.
