Made a reservation at Super 8 three weeks ahead of time. While we were traveling to Eagle River (3 to 4 hours before checking) I received a call telling us that rooms were not available due to a remodel and we would be moved to the Days Inn. I can not believe that they did not know of the issue earlier, allowing me to chose an alternate hotel. There was no adjus**ent to the nightly rate even though is was a down grade in facilities.

I was traveling for an engagement on Sunday. They have nice rooms, clean, with friendly staff. It is easy to find and located near downtown business district. There were a variety of nice eating opportunities, literally in walking distance.

This is a resort town so I expect prices to be higher. That said, when I pay $200 per night the minimum expectation is for the room to clean. The room had grease on the bedspread, coffee stained night stand, wholes worn in the blanket and the in room refrigerator so loud that I almost unplugged it. The dead bolt and lock to the room did not work. When we were packing to leave we found a dirty sock(not ours) in the bed we just slept in! Disgusting! When we complained to the front desk the worker said he would have the manager call us which never happened. We called back and finally received a call from the someone offering very little in restitution. There are limited places to stay in Eagle River don't make this one of them. This place is an unmaintained dump!

Kids didn't seem to notice but the property is in need of work. People are friendly, the location was convenient. But dirty and not maintained. I was not expecting frills but I was expecting to have clean bedding, furniture, and rooms.

Quick Service, the host was friendly and eager to help, great location close to the heart of the action. Breakfast could be expanded upon. The pool area was the only thing i would say needed attention.

Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast had enough options for us. Shout out to Pam from housekeeping and Shauna at front desk for being so helpful and nice. Greatly appreciated. Up here snowmobiling and had nice trailer parking.

Mehhh! Not happy with the price for the quality of the hotel room. Smelly, stains, overall just not a comfortable stay or good feeling while we stayed. Sad to say we wouldn’t go back! We will find something else for sure!

The room was dirty, dust everywhere, hair in bathroom, smelled like stale cigarette smoke, so humid despite trying to use the AC unit. The front desk staff were horrible. They wouldn't acknowledge you and when they did they would roll their eyes at any request you had. I can't believe they are paying these people! The breakfast area was unkept and unsanitary. Tables were filthy, old food everywhere. Everything needs updating, including the pool. The only positive I can come up with is the guy testing the pool was very friendly. I would definitely find somewhere else to stay!

This hotel is infested with bedbugs! I was booked for a four nights stay and woke up the first morning to a bug in my bed. I killed it and it burst with blood, MY BLOOD! I informed the manager and she stated that there was no way to prove it as I killed it. In all I had 15 bites on my body in clusters. The itching was so bad I had to go to the doctor. I compared the big to pictures I found online and it was in fact a bed bug.
