We stayed at the hotel for the third time and again it didn’t disappoint, I would like to thank the manager and staff for the generous bottle of Cava it was totally unexpected and a lovely gesture. The only criticism we had during our stay was that the room wasn’t cleaned to their usual standards. We will return

Amazing location near bars and lively area. Staff are great. Friendly and help you out with whatever you need. Very clean hotel. There 3 days. Towels and room cleaned daily and always saw people cleaning the pool, sunbeds and around the hotel. Great for food and drink. We had breakfast there. So much choice and tasty. Great pizzas and other snacks to have around the pool. Good prices and drinks. Hotel bar is lovely. Would come here again 100% me and mum were more than impressed. Pool good size and we didn’t have to fight for sunbeds. Always plenty. Don’t know if it was the time of year (may) but loads of room. Always had music playing in the day. Honestly 100% recommend to a friend.

This hotel is in a great location for all the nightlife. Friendly reception staff, check in was handled swiftly even though there was a few people trying to check in at once. Great room overlooking the pool. Only down side was the music around the pool was constant all day and very loud in our room so no chance of a quick afternoon nap before heading out for a late night!

Stayed here for a few nights with my friend, after we stayed here last year we decided to book again. Rooms are a bit dated but have most things that are needed. It would benefit from glasses, a kettle and cups. Beds are small but comfy. Towels were changed every day and room was always clean. TV worked but not English channels but we weren’t bothered as we weren’t in the room long enough to watch tv. Location is excellent, literally just off the square. Even though it’s in the hub of Benidorm, the rooms are good at keeping out the noise from outside and we both had decent sleep. Breakfast was always hot, tasty and plentiful. Always able to find a table as the restaurant was massive. Hotel is now a jet2 vibe hotel which it wasn’t last year. I was a little apprehensive as we both need our sleep and hoped it hadn’t changed into a party hotel, we were glad to see it hasn’t. I think as it’s slightly more expensive, it doesn’t attract as many group bookings. Highly recommend this hotel, it’s perfect for a stay in Beni. I’d definitely stay here again

The food is so good restaurant very bright and its spotless has a nice bar 2nd time that I have been at this hotel comfy beds it's very local near all the bars Would stay again next time I'm in benidorm

Stayed here in August on my own, as met up with friends that were staying elsewhere. Room was extremely small, small double bed and no balcony. I was only here for 2 nights so it was OK for just sleeping in, but wouldn't be acceptable for a longer stay. It was extremely clean, and surprisingly quiet. The pool bar was quite expensive, but the food was nice. Pools were nice and refreshing. I didnt eat breakfast as I overslept. The location was great, right outside cade benidorm. This would be a great party hotel, but couldn't see much going on in the daytime for kids. It was very pricey for the length of stay, but it was the summer holidays. I would come again but only for a short stay.

A group of 5 men in 2 rooms. Only issue was we asked for 2 twin rooms but the room with the 2 sharing was a small double bed and it couldn't be changed as the hotel was full. The staff are friendly and polite and we had room service everyday. The breakfast was probably the best I've had in a hotel abroad. Plenty of sun loungers. Great location for the fun and the room had great sound proofing so you're not kept awake with the partying. If I return to benidorm I would book this hotel again

Weekend stay at this lovely hotel. First time in Benidorm and it did not disappoint. The hotel is spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and the location is excellent. We were in room 213 at the end of corridor overlooking the pool area. Bars across road but didn’t hear noise at night when doors were closed. Breakfast and evening meal plenty of choice and delicious! Pool area has plenty of beds, pool bar staff very friendly. We are a couple in our 50’s and although a few groups of men on football tours etc staying at the hotel, they were not loud etc, everyone was so friendly and enjoying themselves. All in all a great hotel, and will definitely be back.
