He’s usually on property for less than 30 minutes. Joe will knock on the front door before heading to the backyard, but if you’re already outside, you might not hear him, and we don’t want you to be surprised!If the desert weather gets wild, Joe may need to come all three days, but most weeks it’s just twice.
