The experience was very comfortable. The room was big enough and very well cleaned. All the staff was very gentle, helpful and professional. The food was very very good with a rich and diversified buffet. Also the gym was well equipped to be a hotel’s gym! Thank you all for the hospitality! Andrea V.

I had visited the property on 18 Apr 24 for one day. It was very comfortable and memorable stay. Starting from front desk ***ager . She made me grand welcome with big smile on face. I can choose room as per my choice out of 04 rooms. They offer me an excellent welcome drink too. The room was very specious with ***y amenities. The room was very clean and all the linen were arrange properly. The house keeping staffs were very prompt and always ready to help for any needs. The food at the hotel was mouth watering and very tasty and staffs were Eveready to serve you . All kind of dishes were well spread around the counter . OVER ALL AN EXCELLENT STAY. IT WAS LIKE "A HOME AWAY FROM HOME "

The great customer service of the reception team, including you, is commendable. Next time I visit, I will go to the Four Points Hotel again.

It was a fabulous experience right from check in with ever smiling Pallavi and her team to F&B to check out and the cake I was presented. ***atri came out to see me off while I was going to the airport. I was touched by the warmth from all her team mates

The team was excellent and they helped in getting great food for my daughter who has nut allergies. Great team and great hotel. It is really tough for getting food for people with allergies. Team spent time to understand and prepare everything from scratch .

I did indeed have a wonderful stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The staff were most courteous and all the amenities in the hotel were well maintained. My special note of thanks goes to the Chef and Team at the Eatery for the exclusive spread of cuisine in the last 06 days of my stay. Thanks for the amazing hospitality. Being a Bonvoy Member, I would definitely recommend the Four Points to all my friends & colleagues. Looking forward to another exciting and comfortable stay at the Sheraton in my next visit to Vizag!
