1. L'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport et peut être atteint en plus de 10 minutes ;
2. Le portier de l'hôtel ouvrira la porte et aidera à porter les bagages à la réception pour l'enregistrement ;
3. La chambre d'hôtel est très propre et spacieuse. Il fournira 4 bouteilles d'eau pure, des chaussons, des peignoirs, des serviettes de bain, des serviettes, du dentifrice et une brosse à dents.
4. L'hôtel est bruyant près de la route principale. Les klaxons des voitures peuvent encore être entendus lorsque les vitres sont fermées et les rideaux fermés. Les Indiens aiment klaxonner en conduisant.
5. Il s'agit toujours d'un problème d'isolation acoustique. L'isolation phonique de la chambre et de la chambre n'est pas bien faite. Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel à 11h30 au milieu de la nuit, et il était 12h30 après m'être lavé. Le son de la télévision à côté était toujours fort et les gens étaient très bruyants.
6. Parce que l'itinéraire est très rapide, je n'ai pas expérimenté les autres services de l'hôtel, je ne l'évaluerai donc pas.

During my recent stay at a hotel in vizag, i found the experience delightful and almost perfect, warranting a solid four-star rating. From the moment i arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The hotel’s location is ideal, offering easy access to the city’s major attractions and beautiful beaches. My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The bed was plush, promising a good night's sleep, and the room amenities, including the high-speed wi-fi, were excellent. The large windows allowed natural light to flood in, enhancing the overall ambiance. The hotel's dining options were diverse, with the on-site restaurant serving a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to different palates. Breakfast was a treat, featuring both local and international cuisine, and the staff was always ready to accommodate special requests. The only minor hiccup was a slightly delayed room service, but the quality of the food more than made up for it. I am a frequent traveller to vizag visited so many hotels in vizag at this budget they give very good facilities like centralised airconditioner paper rolls speed wifi 24hrs hot water facility mainly every time I come by bus or train it is very easy access to hotel even from airport also hotel located in main road so all are very accessible I will recommend to my colleagues also

I ***** with my colleague stayed here for 02 nights ie 30th September & 01st October. We checked out today ie 02nd October, 2024. We were allocated rooms 516 & 616. Both rooms are beach side facing having nice balcony with 02 number of chairs and 01 number of table. Awesome view of Bay Of Bengal and the famous Beach Road can be accessed by sitting here. You will certainly feel relaxed and stress-free. Nice property. However the property is soon going for renovation. Corridors, Lobby and Entry-Exit areas enhances the beauty of the property extraordinarily. We had Indian food as well as Chinese food. Quality and service in restaurant were superb. I had popular Andhra Thali during lunch on 02nd October. All items in thali had good taste, however I liked saambhar soaked with good quantities of fresh vegetables, thick daal and non-soured thick curd the most. Masala tea was as per my choice. Housekeeping staff were cordial and cooperative. There was air conditioning issue in my room ie 516. I needed more cooling for my sound sleep. The technicians got the same properly resolved in the midnight on 30th September. Thanks to the technical team of the property. Hygiene and cleanliness were noticed everywhere right from rooms, bed linens, wash rooms to corridors to all restaurants and lobby too. Hotel Manager Mr J Gopalkrishnan and his team including Mr Kanwaljeet Singh, Duty Manager, Mr Abbas, Mr Venkat, Restaurant Manager Mr Roy and their team members delivered their best and made our stay memorable.

Room location everything was beyond expectations to place like visakhapatnam where you can’t expect these kind of hotel services. I was glad that i got this room in decent price. Hotel can improve much better and improve their room amenities quality. As for tv i found only free channels and for wi-fi connectivity they could improve its strength and speed. As four wheeler owner i face hit difficulty and rude behaviour from parking lot staff related to parking but i avoided it. For improvement they can also improve their restaurant menu as most of the items were not readily available and hotel does not allow online food delivery all the time even though they mentioned but in reality they allow only after 11pm to 7am which makes customer restricted to their menu only. If i m craving something which is not into their menu or available to cook then i have to walk out of hotel premises to approach nearby food outlets. As traveller i find this very restricting and not appealing. And the last room amenity mini fridge was not working but that i take it no issue since i was not using it all the time anyway. But as customer i believe amenities given in room and at hotel should be at least fully functional irrespective customer using it or not.

AAshish_sharWe visited there for a family trip and it was completely worth it. Amazing hotel,breath taking views, best food and courteous staff. Everything was upto the mark . The infinity pool have the best view of roaring ocean in the background and every room has an extended balcony where you can sit and relax with waves dancing on the front. All staffs were quite professional and courteous. Special thanks to Sansuli ,Manisha for your warm hospitality, to barman Mr. Suresh,Nur singh and F&B team leader Mr. Ranjit for some of the best cocktails from the bar, specially curated as per preferences, to F&B manager Mr. Sunil Kumar for curtailing our every preferences and choices regarding food and beverage. Chef Naidu and Nookaraju were quite proactive with their suggestions regarding sea food and made some delicious sea food that were quite amazing in taste. At last but not least, a big big thanks to Mr. Yona, asst manager from front office, who took care of our entire stay ,was always available for any assistance and put all his efforts to ensure we have one of the best customer service experience. Such humble employees are the real asset for any organisation and people would love to travel again and again for their warm hospitality and customer centric attitude.
