We chose to return 2 years later and stay longer because this Hotel ticks all the boxes. The location is ideal as more than a few hundred shops including lots of very memorable restaurants are within easy walking distance. The Hotel is not too big or small so the very friendly and helpful staff will always have time to meet your needs. The cleaning staff are very efficient, thorough and may learn your routine so you may have your rooms cleaned while you are out or enjoying your breakfast in the dining room. The breakfast is not a full blown buffet but should easily satisfy all but the pickiest of eaters. We did not tire of the variety even after 3 weeks and enjoyed every visit. The front desk staff even helped us by organising some day tours that were outstanding. Some notice of these requests would be required though, it shows how versatile they can be. This Hotel we consider to be our home away from home, with fresh air and exceptionally quiet rear facing rooms, perfect mattress etc. It is the ideal gateway to Athens. Note: Taxis are all cheap and newish now. Eating out is great value with amazing quality and variety. OMG you will love it!!!

Stayed for 5 nights at the beginning of June for the Coldplay concert. Check in was quick. We found the room to be basic but very comfortable. Air con was great which was a godsend as there was a heatwave. Bed very comfortable, shower good and plenty of hot water. Impressed also that there was Netflix and Amazon available. Food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff really helpful and friendly. The only criticism that I have is that you could not use the pool or sun loungers. The hotel was full of locals with their children making it impossible to use the pool or facilities. This was very disappointing as we really wanted some relax time in the heat after the concert. However it was mega busy from very early until the end of the day. So I spent most of my time in my room which was frustrating that a paying guest couldn’t use the pool. Other than this a great hotel.

Hôtel superbe ainsi que le personnel (Christina) et le jeune homme. Décoration magnifique beaucoup de goût. Piscine et spa fabuleux. Chambres très joliment décorées. Petit déjeuner très agréable, c est un petit hôtel avec peu de chambres donc le personnel est à notre écoute. La boutique est superbe.

Il est très bon hôtel 3 étoiles, pour moi à la pointe d'être un 4 étoiles. Très bon service et personnel attentif. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables et suffisantes. Personne n'entre pour longtemps, juste dormir. À des jours plus froid, vous pouvez aller à Kifisia shopping district ou payer 6 euros pour un taxi. Le petit déjeuner est bon et malgré un nombre limité de chambres, il était encore assez bon. Pas sûr si vous pouvez demander de l'omélette ou similaire. Globalement, je vais encore aller pour sûr 👍😁

L'hôtel est situé dans la région de Kifissia, entourée de la région des riches d'Athènes, la combinaison de vie est plus pratique, le supermarché est en bas, l'hôtel est à environ 50 mètres, mais le goût est général pour les Chinois. Les installations de l'hôtel sont le niveau de l'hôtel rapide national. Si le budget est limité et ne cherche pas de bonheur, l'hôtel est toujours bon et les fournitures de base sont disponibles. L'hôtel étranger n'a pas de dents, de dents, prêt à venir. Le personnel de l'hôtel est bien, il ne peut pas être enthousiaste, mais vous êtes prêt à vous aider, il n'y a pas de problème de communiquer en anglais. Ne vous en faites pas mal, il est un peu loin de l'aéroport.

Whether it was enjoying a leisurely stroll through nearby parks or experiencing the vibrant local cuisine, Athens Downtown Residences served as the perfect home base for my dual-purpose trip.

L'hôtel est très nouveau et est actuellement en cours de rénovation, comme je l'ai compris + ils construisent une nouvelle piscine et un restaurant avec bar. Parce que: Les chambres sont vraiment nouvelles, fraîches et belles.J'avais une chambre avec petit balcon.Extrêmement confortable lit, beau salle de bain.Nespresso avec café complimentaire, minibar plein. Le personnel était très utile et très agréable, ils géreront tout ce que vous avez besoin. Le petit déjeuner est petit mais il suffit, assurez-vous d'essayer leur maison fait de fromage et de peper.Perfect! La chambre est très confortable et confortable.

The Semiramis was such a wonderful surprise! I've been to Athens many times, but brought my friend this time, who's never been. My friend's one requirement was a great pool area, so after searching all of the Marriott properties in the Athens area, I ended up selecting this one. From check-in to check-out and everything in between, this hotel proved to be excellent. The Semiramis is an unusual and eclectic hotel, but manages to feel high-end and stylish. If you stay here, you have to love pink! The incredible pool area was the highlight. There are so many places to lie out and plenty of opportunity to get sun or shade. William, the server, was absolutely amazing! He couldn't do enough for us and he was so sweet! We still talk about him and miss his kindness. There is also a great fitness center. It was surprisingly well-equipped for a hotel of this smaller size. Breakfast was included in my rate, but this was the only disappointment. The food was not very appetizing and there wasn't a varied selection. But breakfast was brightened up by the amazing William! Reception staff were all so kind and helpful. The rooms are fun and super comfortable. My room was immaculately clean and the cleaning lady was so lovely! The small balcony in even the basic room was very welcome. I really appreciated the wine and welcome note left for me by management. This hotel is located in Kifissia, which itself is a cute area to shop and eat. We went into Athens each night for dinner and it was a cheap and easy 20 minute Uber ride. This hotel is a great and affordable option for people who want to visit Athens, but not pay the exorbitant costs of the city hotels in the summer. I absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely be back.

L'hôtel est tout neuf, la décoration est très moderne et toutes sortes d'équipements sont disponibles, y compris des bouilloires, des chaussons, des brosses à dents, etc. Il est relativement proche des principales attractions, mais cela permet d'économiser plus d'efforts en voiture.Le ticket de bus de 5 jours à Athènes ne coûte que 8,4 euros. Bref, je suis très satisfait, c'est vraiment rentable !
