Bom hotel, mas as fotos não são exatamente como a realidade. Very attentive and friendly receptionists, especially Garima who helped us a lot with the check-in.

First they have given a smoking room, which was suffocating, later got the room changed and the shower was not working. They said the first floor rooms AC was not working.

Minhaj & Vaishnavi - excellent & pleasant stay Col arun joshi..my experience was too good before I have stay in mysore but i found better here in aurangabad..next time definately i will come with my family to saty here

Good, polite and very helpful hotel staff. Receptionist Miss Divya is very kind and helpful. Rooms could have been little more clean. Good mattress. Prime location. Restaurant is great and food quality is very good. Looking forward to visit Ginger again.

First day.. no wifi.. Second day.. no hot water and non smoking room filled with terrible smell of smoke.. Third day.. bathroom clogged.. Fourth day.. again no hot water.. After a full day of work, u come to a place which is more of a nuisance.. Call them n they will send someone after 2 hrs.. I'm stuck here because I paid for 6 nights in advance.. a decision I regret every moment of my stay here.. No view to talk of.. restaurant is literally like they somehow cramped few tables and chairs there.. Not much variety in breakfast.. Service is okay.. food is mediocre.. not worth the price you pay at all.. Expected better from a supposed 3 star hotel.. will never return or recommend to anyone. Ira by Orchid is way better in much lesser price..

The rooms were quite large , and the cleanliness was maintained well. The Reception lady - Samiksha Mam was quite helpful and kind and polite too . Bathroom was hygienic, and all the amenities were provided well enough. Thank you Ginger for the Wonderful stay .

This is Narendra from Hyderabad, Firstly thanks for giving me opportunity to stay at your hotel, My feedback is You need to improve the kitchen area and food items we have faced the horrible situation yesterday night and really it is unexpected from yours side when I discussed with kitchen hotel management they are aggressive with their comments . Overall we are not happy next time we will think twice before selecting your hotel and definitely I will not suggest any of friends my room no was 218
