Hôtels proches de Dehner Garten-Center, Wals bei Salzburg

Die Zimmer sind schön und sehr ruhig. Das Negative: Wir hatten über die Plattform Trip.com gebucht und dort war das Frühstück mit 13 Euro angegeben, das man vor Ort bezahlen könne. Im Hotel verlangte man aber 19 Euro, obwohl ich die Webseite von Trip.com vorzeigte. Die Dame an der Rezeption meinte, die Fa. Trip.com wäre ein externer Anbieter und man müsse sich nicht an deren Preisen orientieren. Einen Nachlaß auf das Frühstück wollte sie nicht geben, da auch das Frühstück von einer externen Firma geliefert werde und das Hotel keinen Einfluß auf deren Preisgestaltung habe. Erhebt sich die Frage, wozu überhaupt noch jemand in der Rezeption steht, wenn man für nichts zuständig ist.

Le restaurant n'était pas disponible et nous avons été informés à l'avance, je ne peux pas le noter. La chambre était propre et avait un lit plus grand et un seul qui était un peu ferme mais confortable, des pièges et un couvercle sur chacun et étaient bien faits. La chambre est située en plein air, à l'intérieur de la chambre, sous une télévision avec un bras pivot, et si vous voyagez avec un câble HDMI, vous pourrez y accéder. Le temps inclément nous a empêché d'utiliser ceci. Il y a aussi un ventilateur en position de position et un garde-robe pour garder vos vêtements dans. Le bâtiment est situé entre quelques arrêts de bus pour un accès facile, de sorte que vous pouvez prendre un jour de passage pour votre durée. Utiliser des cartes de Google vous dira le numéro de bus à accéder et quand sortir. La salle de bain était bien équipée et dispose d'une douche de coin fermée qui est petite (3.5ft/4ft carré?) donc gardez vos arcs en! Le gel de douche a été fourni comme une savonne à main au fond. Le rack de toile était juste au radiateur si vous voulez chauffer vos toiles avant. Tout le temps après mai et vous ne voulez peut-être pas. L'hôtel n'est pas flashy et le lobby est sympa et bien fait. Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 nuits et essayé d'opter pour une nuit supplémentaire mais la chambre était déjà réservée. Nous n'avons pas eu de bruit de rue et n'avons vraiment entendu des voisins de la chambre jusqu'à la dernière nuit. Merci au personnel pour leurs compétences linguistiques!

I stayed here in April 23 for 3 nights. Good: 1. Hotel (Or medium/high range hostel) location: Very near the Salzsburg HBF if you wish to have one near the HBF. There are other hotels around there with same distance to HBF also. 2. Cleanliness: Hotel room and internal area cleanliness is good. 3. Hotel staff: Generally friendly upfront.... Not so good/Bad: 1. Room amenities: No kettle and cups in room or coffee/tea. To get hot water only, you need to go down to the hotel recept/dining area to get (bring your own coffee/tea). The hotel staff say this is for ECO reason..... 2. Water refilling at the recept/dining area: Signs were around that you could go to the recept/dining room to refill your own bottle for water. I did this during my 3 nights stay BUT was constantly reminded that i could just drink off the tap water and that the tap water and water from their bar counter machine is the same. The staff were very free at all times when i asked for the refill of water. When i told them the water from the tap is not cold, the staff just said, ”oh, you just turn the tap to the right most cold part and let the water run for TWO minutes and it will be cold”. I scratched my head, is that ECO? To leave drinkable water running for 2 minutes every time you want some cold water. Imagine the all the guests in the room was doing that every time they want a cup/bottle of cold water....what a waste and certainly i feel is not ECO at all. This does not augur well for their no kettle = ECO statement. And, why have the signs of refilling the water at the front desk in the lifts, on the check in card when the staff were seemingly reluctant to do so or find reasons not to do so?! 3. Housekeeping: Only if you ask for it. Else no housekeeping. 4. Room: Mine was a double room for single use and the size of the room was very small. ZERO space to lay out your luggage whatever size it may be. One can choose to open up the luggage on the floor but that will mean not have space to walk around freely. The hanging chair in the room was hardly of any use and takes up much space. 5. Bedroom to shower room: There is NO door dividing the two. Only a layer of curtain. So, unless you are very familiar and do not mind, this is a big problem. Good thing i was alone. 6. NOISE: There is zero sound proofing of the windows to the street noise. So, you can easily hear loud traffic noise of buses, motorcycles ramming, people yelling along the streets etc. Very noisy. Very obviously, the room to room sound proofing was zero too. On one night, i had to knock on the neighbour to lower their TV volume. Glad they were kind enough to do so. Even though i could hear them chit chatting. 7. Umbrella Deposit: As it was rainy, i requested the front desk for an umbrella. They in turn said they want a deposit !!! Gosh, first time i know of a hotel doing so...deposit for the pretty filmsy umbrella..... 8. Pillows: Find them uncomfortable. Choose between the very small one or the large one.

Section: très proche de la vieille zone. À travers l'hôtel, le canal gauche est le lavabo, le canal est la vieille zone. Mais les frais d'hébergement sont beaucoup moins chers que dans la vieille zone, c'est une excellente option. Transport: en bas est la gare d'autobus, 1 bus à la gare centrale, billets 2.4 Euro, vous pouvez acheter à la réception de l'hôtel Installations: sans climatisation, avec chaleur. Alors, je suis désolé: sans fenêtre, il n'y a pas de respiration, la fenêtre est ouverte ** (sur la route) Il est plus intéressant de savoir que les toilettes sont séparées de la salle de bains et de la salle de bains. Les deux ne peuvent pas se faire affecter les uns les autres quand ils sont en séjour. Il n'y a pas de mal à acheter près, il y a environ 7 ou 8 minutes à pied, il y a un supermarché; il y a un petit magasin asiatique à la porte de la route, le prix est inconnu. Enfin, il y a eu un incident de service client ... sans parole. Veuillez traiter le service client Trip.com.

Nach 12 Jahren Abstinenz waren wir wieder hier zu Gast und hatten ein absolut großartiges Erlebnis. Es blieb kein Wunsch offen. Das historische Hotel bietet alles was dazu gehört. Geräumige Zimmer mit antikem Mobiliar, sehr gepflegt und sauber mit wunderschönem Blick in den Garten und die Terrasse. Die Küche ist definitiv auf Haubenniveau mit sehr gehobener österreichischer und traditioneller Prägung. Wir waren begeistert. Auch sehr zu empfehlen ist die Weinbegleitung zu den Gerichten. Das Personal und der Empfang waren mehr als herzlich, aufgeschlossen und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und Kompliment an ihr Haus. S. Winter / Paderborn

We stayed for 4 nights in late April/early May. Our honest opinion is there is much to be very happy with ....but, there are a few things which prevented our stay from being excellent. The location is perfect if you want to explore Salzburg and the surrounding area. Parking is easily available and we also made use of the local bus service to get into Salzburg, using the app and buying a 24 hour card. The bus stop is a short walk away. The hotel has been designed to an exceptionally high modern standard. The finish, the furnishings, the decoration, the cleanliness - it's all very good indeed. There are other special touches, including access to hot drinks throughout the day from a good coffee machine. This was appreciated. Our room was a small double, finished to an excellent standard. Clean, with large walk in shower. We felt one of our mattresses (two single beds pushed together to make a double) was very uncomfortable, to the point of back ache and not a great night's sleep. We swapped sides part way through our stay to minimise the problem - One mattress was comfortable. One was awful. We were surprised to be woken up by housekeeping entering our room, shortly after 8am one morning. That's a bit early to be wanting to service bedrooms. Almost all of the staff we interacted with were friendly although we can't say everyone was, especially when they were busy. The breakfast staff were less friendly. Breakfast was a mixed, inconsistent experience. On the best days there was lots of choice and good quality items. On a couple of days, some items weren't replaced or topped up quickly enough - eg) croissants, eggs. One morning, we waited for a table for almost 25 minutes, with no acknowledgement from the staff and no queue. Other guests even jumped ahead of us to grab a table. That wasn't good, at all. The next couple of days we chose to have breakfast much earlier, which solved that problem. On check in, we were given a map of local restaurants, all a short drive away. We did go to a local pizzeria, which was acceptable. It's such a shame that there are no restaurant or bar facilities at the hotel, which would have made all of the difference for us. We would have really liked to enjoy an evening meal or even just drinks, at the hotel, after a busy day sightseeing. Our feedback is given with sincerity and is not a complaint. The hotel is beautiful and we would return. There are just some tweaks which would have made our experience better.
