假期自駕出行，來到萬寧，是一次非常愉快的旅行。選擇這家酒店，入住體驗非常滿意，酒店離高速路口很近，出行方便，免費停車，車位充足。進入酒店大堂寬敞，且很涼快，悦耳的背景音樂能讓人忘記旅途的疲憊。前台服務非常好，很熱情，很貼心，諮詢旅遊攻略很耐心為我解答和推薦。進入房間，房間寬敞，衞生乾淨，床很舒服。衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡水壓大，空調給力。早餐很豐富，適合不同口味的人羣。退房時遇上了客房啊姐，很熱情還幫我拿了行李。非常滿意的入住體驗，推薦推薦，強力推薦

非常滿意的一次入住，房間很大，很舒服，舒適，還能看到夕陽，大堂有休息的區域，有書吧，有茶飲，前台服務很好，環境好，交通方便，早餐好吃，品種好，走廊温馨，時尚，很香，有音樂，還可以寄存行李，有叫醒服務，南北通透，床很舒服，wifi很快，熱水很大，衞生間乾濕分離，客房的大姐服務好，離景區很近，酒店旁邊有特色的海南菜，推薦推薦推薦

酒店服務態度很好呀，早上起來一樓也有自助形式的早餐吃停車也方便，環境總體來説也是很舒適的，前台旁邊的櫃枱還有冷飲酸梅湯提供，不錯不錯。

有史以來住過最差的房，態度極差，請攜程配合調查退款。
1⃣️我訂單是有升級房型權益的，到店前台説他家不存在升級權益。（見圖1-2，圖1是我的訂單權益，圖2是給攜程反饋了，沒有權益兑換，攜程至今沒反饋結果）
2⃣️前台給我安排在倉庫旁邊，給我爸媽安排在洗衣房旁邊，説衹有這兩間了，但我們有升級權益，她不給我們使用。（見圖3-4）
3⃣️我住的那間馬桶，洗臉枱，全是黴。我爸媽房間，大塊牆漆泡水脱落, 衣架發黴。（見圖5-9）
攜程提供的圖與實際房間不符，是騙人的，所謂的房型升級權益，也是騙人的，請攜程給個解釋，並賠償。
