Hôtel confortable à proximité autant des rues commerçantes que de la vieille ville. Juste en face du Monument du Soldat inconnu, vous pouvez régler ainsi votre montre avec une cérémonie à chaque changement d’heure. Cette rigueur et le symbole sous-jacent prouvent la résilience du peuple polonais. C’est impressionnant. Je suis ravis de mon séjour (5 nuits) lors du réveillon de Noël : belle chambre, sdb agréable, supers petits déjeuner, bar sympathique, belle piscine. Les menus du Réveillon et du 25 décembre furent à la hauteur de mes espérances. Bravo aux chefs de cuisine. Petit bémol pour le service fait par des jeunes gens bien sympathiques mais qui manquent d’experience et d’encadrement. Un petit recadrage est nécessaire mais rassurez-vous, cela n’est pas rédhibitoire.

Je ne compte plus le nombre de séjours dans cet hôtel et à chaque fois l’expérience est magique. Je reviens la tête pleine de beaux souvenirs. J’ai visité de nombreux autres hôtels à Varsovie et celui-ci est incontestablement le meilleur. Chaque saison le charme y est différent. Malgré la crise, les prestations sont restées au top. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, la literie est très confortable. La propreté est impeccable. Parfaitement situé et très facile d’accès pour visiter tous les sites de la capitale, l’hôtel reste comme dans un écrin de tranquillité tout en étant en plein centre ville. Je remercie tout particulièrement Madame Aleksandra dont le sens de l’accueil à l’image de l’hospitalité polonaise. Toujours souriante, toujours bienveillante, c’est un vrai plaisir de la revoir à chaque visite! Enfin, je terminerai en soulignant la qualité des repas servis. Les petits déjeuners sont gargantuesques, la carte du restaurant est variée, toujours de saison. Le chef aime servir des plats délicieux et cela se voit dans les quantités généreuses et la qualité des repas servis. Je suis impatiente de mon prochain séjour ❤️

Le personnel était sympathique. La nourriture était bonne et ma chambre d'hôtel était propre. Cet hôtel était très confortable et j'ai adoré tous les ajouts que la chambre avait... comme un plancher chauffant dans la salle de bain. Je suis un peu préoccupé par le remboursement de mon acompte car ils n'ont pas pu me donner de reçu, mais dans l'ensemble, mon séjour a été merveilleux et je le referais.

L'hôtel est luxueux, a une sensation de boutique et tout sur la conception et la décoration est 5 étoiles+. Il n'y avait pas de pardon et presque une attitude de la jeune femme inamicale et arrogante à la réception de son culpabilité. Le petit déjeuner le lendemain, le restaurant et la qualité de la nourriture étaient excellents, mais le personnel était informé, inamical et à l'occasion ne pouvait pas communiquer en polonais ou en anglais. La cuisine est très bien placée, mais elle est très bien placée. J'ai été demandé si j'avais quelque chose à la minibar. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très Encore une fois, pas ce que vous attendez d'un hôtel boutique de 5 étoiles qui paie 300 dollars par nuit et qui leur a rappelé mon bar. Un, plus de hauts fonctionnaires, a finalement compris ma frustration et a pris en charge le processus de checkout, bien que le dommage ait été subi à ce stade. Le personnel n'a pas été formé, mais surtout avec une attitude arrogante, qui a fait de l'expérience une très grande inconfortable. Je ne suis pas heureux d'écrire un tel examen négatif, j'espère vraiment que les gestionnaires prendront des mesures, car nous restons et mangeons dans les hôtels de la chaîne de Likus depuis des années et avons toujours eu une expérience agréable jusqu'à l'hôtel Warszawa.

A l’extérieur, le bâtiment a un côté historique et classique. Une fois à l’intérieur, on trouve un hôtel moderne et chaleureux. Je le recommande vivement et je vous conseille de tester son restaurant qui a quelques recettes polonaise à la carte. Enfin, cet hôtel peut paraitre excentré sur une carte, mais la majorité des sites touristiques, des centres animés sont accessibles à pieds, y compris la gare centrale qui se trouve à 15 minutes maximum. J'y retournerai lors de mon prochain passage à Varsovie.

Hotel dans le centre”économique” de Varsovie.A une demi heure à pieds de la vieille ville. L’hôtel en lui même est très propre avec du très bon personnel.Salle de déjeuner peut être un peu petite par rapport au nombre de chambres.Pour ce qui est de la chambre,taille moyenne,salle de bain un rien petite mais ça passe.Par contre pas de mini bar dans la chambre(donc pas de boisson fraîche,et le bar est fermé la nuit) et chambre très mal insonorisée,on entends les voisins et même le boulevard en étant au 5 eme étage.Dommage

Personnel amical et processus d'enregistrement efficace. L'hôtel est un hôtel classique, donc l'intérieur représente l'ancien temps. À seulement quelques pas de la gare ferroviaire ou routière super centrale. Le quartier autour de l'hôtel a de bons restaurants (il suffit de s'éloigner de la rue principale). La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Si vous voulez quelque chose à critiquer, peut-être que quelques autres options de petit-déjeuner seraient bien, comme plus de fruits ou des crêpes fraîchement préparées. Je reviendrais et j'y reviendrais à coup sûr.

I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends for 4 nights in April 2022. I booked 5 rooms and entered the details of a lead person in each room. Check-in was very smooth and the hotel honoured requests for twin beds where possible. I wanted to review as there are a few things that could help future travellers. There's a good lift to the rooms located just outside reception. I stayed on the first floor and the traffic noise was quite loud - this is the reason for the 4 instead of 5 star review. Some rooms have a balcony, so it's a good idea to request one, but this may lead to being near the road. Friends on the 5th floor didn't have an issue so it might not be an issue higher up. I paid for breakfast one day which was 45 zloty - about £8 UK money which isn't bad but it's clearly more expensive than elsewhere like in most hotels. Breakfast is nice but probably not great value for money. There are convenience stores over the road and a larger supermarket 300m away across the road on the left as you exit. Public transport serves the hotel well with trams, metro and buses very close, and the transport system in Warsaw is outstanding. I had a hire car and it's worth knowing that Warsaw's paid parking system does *not* apply outside the hotel. Park your car considerately at 45 degrees on any of the spaces. If you're a stranger to Poland, it's fine to park on what appears to be a paved area as long as you don't obstruct pedestrians. But if you arrive at a nearby airport, you fs you are desperate. East Warsaw is more residential, so it's best to head across one of the bridges to west of the river to experience the city which as above is easy using public transport. Hotel WiFi was fairly hit and miss with poor coverage in my room. Others might be luckier but I couldn't hold down the signal. The rooms are well-equipped, spotless and modern with flat-screen TVs, comfortable but fairly small double beds with separate linen for each person. Showers are excellent - always hot and a great pressure. There'as always a member of staff with good English to help with any situation and the staff didn't complain when we sat in reception relaxing with drink purchased outside the hotel which was a nice touch. The rooms seem to be made up randomly - some days they weren't others they were, but it's available on request if needed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors to Warsaw. The noise is a bit of a problem but typical of any stay in a capital city.

Il n'y a pas si d'hôtels au centre de Varsovie pour un bon prix. Les logos sont l'un d'eux. C'était ma deuxième visite ici. J'ai toujours eu la chance d'avoir un parking juste près de l'hôtel. Publiquement, bien sûr, pour lequel vous devez payer. L'hôtel est sûr, les chambres sont simples, le petit déjeuner est très simple, mais pour un court séjour suffit.

Worst customer service! Double payment for a single guest during checking-in and from online booking (visa). But, not willing to refund after admitting the issue. They blocked my phone calls and not responding to emails as well. Extremely poor customer service. Not recommend at all! I tried to book a reservation to a guest in their own website. Unfortunately, the reservation attempt has failed when I tried to make the pre-payment (small amount) to secure the reservation. Then, I succeeded to make the reservation via third-party website and paid the pre-payment. However, when the guest arrived at the hostel providing a printed copy of the prepaid booking confirmation and the receptionist told him that she could not find the reservation but only the other reservation (with failed pre-payment attempt via their own website). Then the guest paid in cash full for all the nights. Here is the problem, the hostel still proceeded to change from my Visa card for the unused reservation made via third-party website (they said they could not find during reception). Please note that all the reservations (failed or succeed) were for the same person within the same duration. I contacted the Hostel Helvetia by email and phone call regarding the situation. After initial investigation, they confirmed that the guest did pay for the full booking, whereas the online reservation via the third -party website remained unused and tagged as ”No Show”. After mentioning to contact me soon with more information from the receptionist who checked in the guest, I have not heard any further response from them, despite my repeated attempts to reach out via email and phone calls. Moreover, according to the booking policy from the Hostel Helvetia website, bookings are only confirmed after prepayment. However, the unsuccessful reservation with unpaid pre-booking via their website was still wrongfully used for check-in, causing the situation of double payment for the same guest. Moreover, during they are supposed to keep payment of the first night in case ”No Show”, yet they keep the payment for all nights (clearly mention in the online booking). What's more disappointing is even though they have clearly understood the issue, they still refused to refund without justification to correct their mistake. Who blocks phone calls and ghost emails from customers just to avoid refund inquiry! I gave the lowest scores for all the ratings, owing to the unacceptable conduct of the hostel.

The stay on the basement level was generally a good one in an 8-bed dorm room spacious enough to move around (with also a ”long table” in the middle), and yes the bathroom (ensuite) came with like a nice-sized area of sinks & mirrors; and the ”common area” on the main floor is also a pretty nice hangout area (although just in the dining room of that area briefly during my 2-night stay). And as for the convenience of food & some other essentials, there's a ”small-but-well-stocked” grocery shop just across the street, then to the right and just about a 5-minute walk is a Vietnamese restaurant (for my ”main meals” with a ”nice variety” of delicious items to choose from), then about another 5-minute walk after that restaurant is a McDonald's (for breakfasts during my stay). And also not having to walk too far from this hostel by going the same way to the McDonald's as just mentioned followed by a right turn and for about another 15-minute walk is a straight way to the Castle Square & the Royal Castle (a ”great interior” of both a palace & a museum for a worthwhile visit).

Visited with my wife for a weekend break and was very pleased we chose this hotel. The hotel is situated 2 metro stops from the Old Town and 3-4 stops away from the New town or city centre. The hotel is very contemporary and offers good location, very friendly staff, clean, hygienic and quirky hotel in Warsaw. The hotel is located 8mins walk from nearest train station Wschodnia/Warsaw east station hat has direct link from the Chopin Airport and costs PLN10 pp one way and takes about 30mins from the airport to this station. The metro/under station Dworzec Wilenski is only 5 mins walk from the hotel that takes you to old town ( station Nowy Swiat Uniwersytet) . The line is M2 that also interlinks with line M1. You only need to buy a 20min ticket that costs PLN3.40 each one way. The check in staff is very friendly and efficient, the check in is carried out at the bar and offered us room earlier than the time. The hotel offers bar service, breakfast at a charge PLN60 each, also offered complimentary welcome drink, bar food, locker in the main hallway/restaurant to leave your bags on the day of departure if your flight departs later than the check out time. As the hotel is built in an old Vodka factory, but is all well maintained and at the back of hotel the square has some cafe and restaurant should you wish to eat out here. Our rooms were spotless but do not offer tea/coffee facilities but can grab at the bar/lobby for a charge. The housekeeping does a good job to maintain the room and the shower room to perfection. I would highly recommend this hotel for the location, reasonably priced with friendly staff and very warm atmosphere, always with a smile.
