Avis : Courtyard Waterbury Downtown

First there was no WIFI in my room so I had NO access to the tv , THEN what’s really disgusting and disappointing is that when I woke up I saw BLOOD SPLATTERS ALL OVER THE BLANKETS THAT ME, MY BOYFRIEND AND MY 4 year old had to lay on and I’m so upset because I didn’t notice this sooner. Truly disgusting and unsanitary that we had to lay in someone else’s nastily bodyily fluids. And I bet you I couldn’t have gotten a refund for a 136$ ONE NIGHT STAY. truly disappointing

Room was fairly clean but the hotel is old and a bit run down.  The location of the hotel , downtown of Waterbury , is not great.  We heard gun shots during the night , and did not feel safe walking around outside.  Was told to park our car in the a specific parking lot that "had surveillance."  All in all - an old hotel in a rough neighborhood.  Will not be coming back

酒店房間對着高速非常吵雜，晚上像睡在工地….沒法睡覺～早上和前台溝通説中午打掃好給換房間，但因為我要出門説四五點回來再換房間，他同意的很好～等回來服務生換班了説沒房間無法解決。 體驗感太差了，拉黑不會再入住！

這裏可以選的酒店不多，酒店本身有點老了，但沒什麼大問題，臨時住一晚可以.

沿街太吵了，隔音不好，半夜炸街的車不少，其它都還好

我是乘坐火車從曼哈頓到Waterbury，下了火車，沿着Grand 大街一直走大概幾分鐘就到了酒店。我一個人過來參加孩子的畢業典禮，對各方面要求不高，所以萬豪旗下的酒店，完全滿足我的需要。因為語言不通，個別問題通過攜程客服代為溝通，能感受到攜程管家服務的及時和有效，滿意。

非常不錯，價格很好，交通方便，環境也不錯

除了地點和價格，其他都非常的一般
