I stayed at the pond house because it’s pet friendly and I was traveling with my two dogs. The room was very clean, and quiet. Fabulous tub, robes and a great breakfast. I am already planning my next trip.

Very Welcoming and Thoughtful place it was clean and they have checked every box. Location was Great very quite and comfortable. We appreciated Doogie friendly and they had treats for the dogs and us.

We enjoyed our one night stay so much! Chad made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door. He even called us by name as he welcomed us. Every little detail for comfort was provided. And the breakfast was delicious! We definitely look forward to another stay at The Yellow House!

Wow! Our stay at the incredible yellow house was an experience beyond compare! The exceptional hospitality shown by Chad and his team surpassed all our expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to the mesmerizing Waynesville area!

Beautiful home with excellent care by Dina! My husband and I enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was great. Dina accommodated my food needs This was our first visit to Waynesville and while it was a bot out of the way the home and the town were charming....Lots of shopping !!

In a beautiful place to visit, a delightful place to stay. I have been here twice - one night each - and have felt like a guest in someone's home each time. A beautiful house, a beautiful room, great food, and the personal touch. There will definitely be a multi-night stay in my near future!

A real treat--Our 1-level accommodation felt like an apartment with a 2-way fireplace and "jacuzzi" tub--most comfortable for a guest using a walker. It was well-furnished with a cozy, put-your feet-up sitting area over-looking a pond water feature complete with 3 ducks and a lone goose. Best of all, we lucked into a special evening dining event-4 courses- featuring Australian "Down Under" wines and New Zealand lamb main dish. Their chef and serving staff at dinner and an extraordinary breakfast left us with a tiptop weekend memory.

We actual arrived at the lovely property at The Yellow House by mistake. We met Chad and once our mistake was discovered, Chad could not have been more helpful and professional in directing us to our correct B and B. Thanks again for your courteous service.
